Highly Recommend. I only needed a second opinion on some audio components i had installed. I was reluctant to pay anybody anything just for their opinion but these folks came recommended and BOY i'm glad I did. They quickly identified areas for improvement whilst proving their case using other parts. Then this wizard spends like 10 minutes adjusting my setup - something that I have been playing with for weeks - and BOOM instant audio bliss. Best 100 bucks ever spent. Thanks team Sound Concepts.

Have been dealing with Bob and Charlene for around 30 years. They have never done me wrong and always gives #1 service from getting amps and stereos repaired to installing remote starts on a number of my vehicles. Would never take my stuff ANYWHERE else. They have always treated me fair. Would recommend them 100% for all your stereo and remote start needs.

Had a mono kenwood amp and 2 10 inch subs installed here a couple months ago. They also got me a aftermarket kenwood deck and a capacitor. I was super happy with how quickly they were ableTo fit me in and the price was more than reasonable. The quality of work though was above and beyond. Incredibly clean looking work! Everything looks amazing and sounds great! Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend going here for any car audio needs!

The lady who quoted me was not very friendly and seemed annoyed by my questions. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Also, if you want them to install a radio that you didn't buy from their shop, they will charge you double the hourly rate and provide no guarantee that it will work.

Took my truck here awhile ago to have subs installed. Paid more then was quoted without being told that there would be a price change. Also covered my my subs in I'm guessing is some kind of silicon. Just looked unprofessional for what it costs. Wouldn't recommend, and haven't been back since. I get that this is hidden still shouldn't happen. If I paid a lot less then I would have understood more.

Quality work, nice owners, helpful and informative. I refer everyone to Robert and Charlene. Had my first car stereo installed there in 2002 and they installed 8 bullet horn tweeters mounted to my headliner, Charlene thought I was crazy that I wanted 400 watts of dedicated horn tweeters mounted at my head but they did it. They installed 2 15 inch subs, 5 amplifiers, 2 6x9s, 2 4x6s, deck, capacitor and all wiring. I have had 3 friends in the past year get remote starts installed from them, and they are all still working and no complaints. Robert and Charlene are the best
