Superior products and customer service each time I've gone. Often have seasonal and weekend deals that make finding this quality and price point hard to find elsewhere. The associates are knowledgeable and helpful which makes trips there quick and painless. Selection is not the same level as other retailers but very wide (pots/pans, knives to glasses). In my experience anything that isn't in their inventory is able to be shipped inside 2 weeks. I will likely be a lifelong customer if this trend continues.

No great deals (what so ever). They do have all the latest and greatest cutlery. Also lots of kitchen ware(s). If you are okay with a $600.00 chef knife, you are nuts... If you needs great quailty cutlery this store will not disapoint you.

What a wonderful collection of knives and deals they have at that store. Bought a beautiful knife set which has been tested multiple times over the past few days, and I must say, I'm not disappointed.

Ordered an item on line October24. Have yet to receive by 16 Nov. I have tried to contact customer service by phone, leaving messages which have not been returned and by email which have also not been returned. I would never order again.

Very nice higher end cooking retail store. Prices are lowered, given they are in an outlet mall. Many pits and pans to choose from, along with spoons, knives and lids. For the price, you can't go wrong with the quality. You get what you pay for!

Overall, ok, aisle are narrow, have to be careful when walking through, especially if its busy in the store. Lots of choices in there. Not big on the sales there. Enough staff on hand, friendly.
