Today I went into the walk in clinic to pick up my medication. My family dr has been trying different meds that haven’t been working so I went back to the original. The pharmacist took it upon herself to tell the dr I have had a lot of different medications that do the same thing. She then told me that I’m misusing my medication and that I am a drug addict.I AM 8 YEARS SOBERI am discusted, I have worked very had to be sober and I explain why I have had all these different ones. I feel like a true drug addict from what she said. When I’m a recovering addict.

Pharmacy is great. The pharmacists are very professional and take the time to learn their customers names. Even though I have moved downtown, I will continue to fill out my prescriptions here.

Early today (Saturday) I went to the drug store & received some very disappointing service. The pharmacist told me I should leave the store because I suspected I had Covid. I was double masked & used their sanitizer. She told me I should have had it delivered. They don't deliver on the weekends. So wait til Monday? I no longer drive & with the symptoms I could not have managed on the bus. This is not the first issue in dealing with this store.Once recently, I had my Rx filled for Zoplicone. Instead of 3 months they sold me 1 month. Because I had just left the store he couldn't change it. I month later when I was out, he said he couldn't fill it as I should have one pill left. What an ordeal to get a new Rx. I repeat not very good service!

I went here thinking my vaccine was booked when the hotline had actually booked me at another pharmacy. The pharmacist was friendly and welcomed me as soon I'd come through the door and after we discovered I was in the wrong place he was so helpful and kind getting me rebooked at the right place as I had to wait for my ride to return and missed my original booking. 10/10 customer service. Not to be too creepy but he's cute too.

Brought the kids for a flu shot, left very happy, the new pharmacist knew how to make it painless, spoke Spanish with my wife, got it done easy, didn’t expect to have such an easy time after moving from Victoria to Langford and losing touch with our original pharmacy

Huge shout out to Sean who works in the pharmacy. He went above and beyond for me in working out a very complicated prescription renewal. He couldn’t have been kinder and more efficient. This is a great pharmacy.
