I went to Softron Tax and they did an amazing Job. They claimed for WITB which got me an extra $1000. They really know their taxes and I would recommend them Highly. Jake was Great. Go there and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Emailed the location to see if it can handle my specific tax return and never heard back. After four days went to their location in Stone mall (which is a complete mess) only to be told that only their Mississauga location can help me. Total waste of time.

Softron Guelph completed by 2017 tax return. I provided the receipts for my RRSP contributions and informed them of what I wanted applied to the home buyer program repayment. They got it wrong, made mistakes. I didn't notice until I went to complete by 2018 return. I had to pay an accountant $500 to fix Softron's mistakes.

Made a last minute appointment just a couple days before the filing deadline after being declined by H&R Block, and had no problem when we had to reschedule either. This is a great place to file your taxes!
