Jeff went above and beyond repairing our dryer! He was able to come fix it only a day or two after I called and both times fixed it quickly, within an hour or so. Other appliance repair services were booked for weeks so I was very happy to find someone available immediately. He's personable, professional, and knowledgable. 5 stars for Jeff.

Jeff has been absolutely amazing every time I've used him for appliance issues and repairs, in both my own home and for my rental. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, explains everything that needs to be done/why he's doing it, and is very prompt with responding to calls/texts and providing services. His prices are very reasonable as well and he is honest - he won't suggest unnecessary repairs and will let you know if something isn't worth repairing anymore. He really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Jeff!!!

Jeff is great. He helped semi-diagnose a repair over text, ordered the parts required and got my freezer repaired as soon the parts arrived. Friendly as well - highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone reliable in Kelowna.

Thanks Jeff!! Our dishwasher was broken and we had a tech company come in who stated the pump was broken which was going to cost $485.00. Jeff was then called in. He took the time and pulled the dishwasher out tested the pump which was completely fine! It was the connecter. It just needed to be cleaned/revealed. He fixed it within 20-30 mins. He was pleasurable, chatty and easy going. Thanks again Jeff for saving us headaches and grief. You are excellent at what you do!

Jeff was friendly, efficient, and really kind and understanding about my dryer issue. Then, when he was almost done, he discovered that the vent was disconnected from the dryer and had been for some time, so he did the extra work to ensure everything was connected and well set up before he left. I would definitely call him again if I needed him.

Jeff did a great job and was nice to work with. There wasn't a really long wait time for him to come and do the job. Also, when there was a manufacturer's defect, he returned the dishwasher and got another one, finishing the job that same day. Jeff is able to provide much better customer service from his one man business than I was getting from the third party installation company that was initially set up to do the job.
