My fridge died on me yesterday so I needed a new one quick. I found one at Johan's that was perfect except for the colour. I called around to various stores and found that none of them had anything that was even close to what I wanted. Furniture stores are having a terrible time getting stock, sometimes waiting weeks or even months for some items. Given that, I decided to buy the fridge from Johan's. I am very glad I did. Johan's had my new fridge delivered within hours so I was able to save most of my food. The fridge looks good in my kitchen and is working great.I have purchased several appliances and pieces of furniture form Johan's and have always had a good experience dealing with them. I highly recommend them.

I recently bought a fridge here. The experience was smooth and painless. The sales woman, Wendy, was a joy to deal with and the delivery guys were fast, clean, and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for new appliances. The prices are competitive and the service was fantastic!

Recently I needed a new washing machine in a hurry. Two large retailers in London had no Maytags in stock, and could not promise a delivery date due to covid delays. Johans not only had stock, but a sale on, and delivered the machine the same day. Thank you so much. I am so impressed, and will definitely be back.

I have made several purchases here and find the staff very helpful and the prices competitive. The delivery people are great too, very polite, efficient, and punctual. When they deliver appliances, they patiently explain the different functions and make suggestions to optimize the use of the appliance. That is going the extra mile!

Place a ripe off. I bought local but disappointed. Washer and dryer no prob. Fridge had to wait 4 weeks and wouldn't deliver the chair I bought till fridge in. Delivery charge should be none. Chair I bought started falling apart I'm 7 months. They wanted pic emailed to get replaced. I explained I don't do that and they never fixed expensive chair

I bought a laundry pair here and it was delivered in less than a week. The owner assisted me with my purchase, was very pleasant and informative.The delivery came yesterday, and the 2 men were careful bringing in and setting up, and running the units first to make sure everything was working. I hadn't measured quite correctly, and one of my house doors had to be removed to fit the appliances in downstairs. They took care of this for me and put back in place quickly. I've had appliances delivered from other companies before and not always had the best experiences so it was great for this to be a very easy process from start to finish.

First time purchasing from here, Wendy was great! My dryer failed, I found one online, unfortunately there was no stock in the store however Wendy checked the showroom, found a comparable dryer and confirmed stock all within minutes. Within an hour of my phone calls I was able to pick up my dryer. Great customer service Wendy!

The customer service at Johan’s is amazing! We had extenuating circumstances and Johan’s was able to hold our purchases until we were able to receive them. When one arrived and was installed and has issues, Johan’s worked with us right away to get it fixed. I will always be shopping there from now on! Thank you!

We got a good deal on a new washer. Sales person was courteous and knowledgeable and didn't rush us through to make our decision. Had it delivered and set up and the old one taken away. The delivery fella explained the characteristics of our brand and how to maintain it. Very satisfied all a round experience. We will be back.
