First of walking into the pizza joint. I was first met with a handful of flies. It smelled like old cheese. It took 5 minutes to take my order when there was 8 of them in the back talking laughing and goofing of. I made eye contact several times. Finally after 5 minutes I worked came by. Took my order. It took of 30 minutes s for a walk in and then pizza was absolutely disgusting. I got extremely sick from it. I know I should now have but I was hungry.the cashier was sneezing all over the place and not cleaning up.its my fault I stayed. But will never return. Absolutely disgusting.

The place is understaffed and the cashier also is in the kitchen, so the service is very slow. You wait a bit to be attended and then you wait even more for the order.The pizza is very good when you order it whole, when it is by slices it does not taste as fresh.Other than that, it’s good value for money if you have time to wait like at a sit in restaurant.

Poutine is my all time favourite! The one i ate here had an amazing blend of sauces and crispy fries! Its a must try if you are a french fries lover. Great place to hang out with friends! The new owners also joined us for a few minutes. Cool couple.

The first day of new owner of pizza pizza, they offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas.I liked to dine there.New Staff members are friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.

What a great experience! Truly fantastic food and service. I have been to other pizza pizza locations but this one is the best one so far. I had a quick chat with lady on the front counter while picking up my order, found out they are new owners. This is going to be my new go to place on DTK

The Pizza I had wasn't good. I asked the garlic creamy sauce in base but I wasn't getting it's taste enough the topping were literally countable and the cheese was not even covering the whole large sized Pizza. Half slice is uncovered without anything.

Went on a Monday Evening so place was not so crowded. Clean and pleasant ambience. Classic taste. The new owners are very welcoming. Bhumi personally stopped by the table to check if everything was upto the mark. Definitely earned a regular customer!

Great atmosphere as the store has a spot-on location just opposite to the Kitchener City Hall. The New Owners are very patient, friendly and easy to deal with. All in all, the best Pizza store in Kitchener-Waterloo region !! Highly recommend it to everyone.

New owners and employees are really friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean. Service and food were both excellent. No other pizza compares to this one. Best pizza location in downtown.Highly recommended.
