Terrible service experience with this dealer. For a luxury brand you would think they would be able to provide you with a loaner at shorter notices but we needed to book our services weeks in advance to guarantee a vehicle. One of my first experiences with service, I was waiting an hour for the shuttle service to arrive to drive me home. Thats not even what has led me to leave this review. My husband and I have been In contact with Ashley Storm since winter about refunding us the cost of the tires we replaced due to nails (we had tire warranty). We would call ans email and be ignored( this goes on for a couple months)...all we heard were excuses. She finally says the cheque Is in and 2 days later I was in the area to pick it up and she let's me know its actually not done and they will mail it out....3 weeks have gone by and nothing. So...my husband decided to call and she seems so surprised they have yet to mail it out....there is something wrong with this department. Clients are not being treated well....I don't want to chase anyone. This was so awful that when looking to upgrade our vehicle we opted out of the going for the defender and went to Mercedes instead. Bye LR forever.

Land Rover Waterloo is my #1 choice for servicing my Range Rover. Dan and his team are professional, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Although I live in the GTA, my Range Rover only gets serviced in Waterloo. That says a lot! Thank you guys for making my experience so wonderful!

Had to buy a new to me vehicle and settled on Land Rover Waterloo. They had a 2014 Mazda CX5 that looked to be in great condition. Took it for a long test drive. Ticked off all the boxes off on my wants and needs, overall a great crossover with just a few things to tweak. Nick was the sales person who helped us with the sale etc, he got Ben the finance manager to answer some questions. We did the normal used car sales dance and settled on a price everything went as expected. Found some issues a few weeks after purchase and pickup that I felt needed to be looked at and called Land Rover. I worked with Donie the sales manager and he made everything all right. Over all a good used car buying adventure I’m happy and it seems so is Lander Rover Waterloo. I would definitely recommend this dealership, they took care of me.
