All Water Solutions

I had horrible water in Whitby. Smelt bad of chlorine. After I purchased the Rainsoft system everything was fine. But the main reason I bought from All Water Solutions is the customer service. Anytime I've had a question they were there to answer and take care of any of my concerns.

Don't buy into this. R/o and a water softener are definitely essential to clean water but you can spend alot less then through all water. I just payed off the rest of our 10 year payments and feel ashamed. Almost like I got scammed into spending 10x more then necessary.That's on me. Don't make the same mistake

Fantastic water solution. A year later, and we are so pleased that we installed Rainsoft through All Water Solutions at our home in Northumberland county. Installation team was friendly, support service is great. Most of all, the water is clean ... and feels clean! The difference from the main water supply and when we use water anywhere else seems stark. We haven't used any lotions and creams since we started using soft, clean water. Thanks, and keep up the good service!

Good products and friendly staff.

They have disappeared!!! I buy my filters through them every 6 months and they promised the 5yr supply of soaps and household cleaning items. I have now ran out and need new filters to replace and there is noone to contact now. Not happy with this company. Made promises they couldn't keep.

Beware!!!. I would not recommend anyone buys from them. the sales tactic is intense, the promises are endless(free soap for 5yrs, regular water testing after installation), expenses will greatly reduce. we were told that the only maintenance we would need to pay for was the salt we would buy for the softer and everything else would be included. 1 year down the line it feels like we've been duped, nothing is documented in the contract you sign, and you would be on the hook for ~15k in debt at a ridiculous high interest rate. plus in what you sign thy have the right to amend the terms of the contract without you knowing or agreeing to it. We regret this and would have been better off buying a filtration system from Home depot. I would not be recommending them to anyone i know
