My service from Jane was fast and perfect. She addressed the matter and provided a solution to my problem with the minimum of headaches. It was a taken care of without issues. I had a broken glass pain in my shower enclosure and all I had to do was send her pictures of the issues via e mail and it was magic after that.Keep up the good work.

Terrible! I contacted them regarding replacement of a broken mirror. I requested them to send someone (if they are in my neighbourhood) to see the work and give me an estimate. After waiting a few weeks they told me that it’s not worth it for them to send someone for a small job. They said I should take pictures of the area with dimensions so that they can give me a quote via email. A week past and no response. I called again and they connected me to the person in charge and he told me that I need to replace the mirror with safety glass although the one that broke was not. He said that we only do quality work and will not replace the broken mirror with what was in its place for 37 years! He said the safety glass is very expensive. So I accepted his dedication and high standard in his work and agreed to give me a quote for the more expensive one. Another week past and no response from this saint of a man. So I called back and ask why he never quoted me on HIS suggestion and he said: “you know your job is pain in the a**” and I can’t do it! My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere. I connected two other people and they gladly came to my house, measured and gave me quote.

Awful customer service. The three employees all ganged up on me when I asked very politely for a discount considering that they didn't hold to their words about when my glass would be ready, and subsequently blamed me when I was the victim. Disgraceful.

Poor customer service. Wrong products delivered and they never care about it

Not receiving the order after couple of month and no manager or supervisor to solve the problem or take care of customer. It can't be worse than this.

Awful customer service.

Very unprofessional. My condo corp hired this company to replace a shattered balcony/patio door. The work was scheduled to take place between 10am-3pm. I expressed concern early morning of the date I was scheduled for service, to advise that the work must be completed by 3pm, as I had to leave for work that evening. They agreed that they would complete the work before 3pm but then showed up at 2:45 stating it would take at least half an hour. It took them over an hour to complete the work and I was not able to attend my shift as a result.. Very poor management and no consideration. I would not hire this company as they have no regard for appropriate business operations or consideration of their client's time.
