Tryston I forgot how to spell it but he was the dude with big curly hair. Really great guy and knowledgeable and was able to help fix the errors I made while building my PC! Highly recommend super friendly staff as well

Very disappointed with the customer care and service at this location. I have been buying from the Burlington location for many years, but since I live in Oakville I decided to give this new location a try. The $431 three-year Tech Care plan is a complete waste of money. I purchased a lap top for my son for school which was clearly defective. It just wasn’t charging. I took it back to get a repair or replacement under warranty and got nothing but poor service and zero communication, and the laptop has been in their possession for almost three months. Whenever I ask to speak to someone in upper management there is nobody in charge. Hopefully someone in upper management there reads their reviews to take some action!! Not only did I buy a defective laptop but the 3-year Tech Care Plan is also defective and does not provide any tech care.Students and professionals be warned of extreme wait time for repairs.

Hands down the best group of guys to help you with your tech needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant environment with lots of displays and lots in stock. Shout out to Bilal for helping me find what I need. Thanks buddy!

This is the fourth time I have been to this location and each time I received great customer service. Today was no exception. Tryston made my day by managing to retrieve files from an SD card that I thought I had lost for good. He explained what he would try and in no time had found the files. I am so glad I went to Canada Computers. (I mentioned my problem to one of the associates the other day and he suggested I drop back in to see what could be done. Glad I came back!) 11/10

Every interaction with is Ethan is always very unpleasant and rude, only Ana cares in that store. Ethan lied to me several times and always makes me feel like doesn't appreciate my business and made fun of my accent many times. I will never ever shop in that location. I will be filing an official complaint with Head Office. He needs to get fired for his attitude. Many of my friends expressed the same problems in that store. It's probably the worst location. Shop in the Burlington location, much better experience.

Came to this place after a long drive from guelph. The staff are friendly and they reserved a computer with similar specs at the same price when the computer I wanted was sold out. With the model switch to the diffrent yet similar prebulit I bought I got a cpu upgrade at the same price!

The power supply to my PC suddenly failed with an important work deadline in 24 hrs. I honestly came to the store without hope that whatever this issue was could be solved on the same day, but both RJ and Trystan wasted no time taking a look at what was wrong and advising me on what parts need replacing. Even more so they installed the new parts on the spot, and what would usually be a week long fix somewhere else was repaired and given back to me in less than an hour.Can't thank those guys enough.

Been a client of Canada Computers for years and wonder why I haven't written a good review yet! I will always prefer the experience of going to an actual store to get the electronics I consume ... they always have been able to guide me in my choices ... I have also used in more than one time their repair/maintenance service to tune in my family's computers ... have always found them extremely honest and reliable (and have visited at least 3 of their locations!) ... what else to say ... I see myself keep choosing them as my first choice when it comes to electronics!
