I needed this office's help in getting a certificate from BLS International and also also acquiring clearance from RCMP. Ms. Kakoli, a consultant of this office was extremely helpful and was instrumental in our getting our work done. She was extremely patient, always smiling, efficient, and most importantly very knowledgeable about all procedures. Since my husband and I are seniors we might have taxed her with questions but she just answered them calmly. I would unhesitatingly recommend this office and their services for anything they are qualified and she is indeed qualified.
