I ordered sometime in October and at first it was a mess already. I ordered online and add an order through phone and gave my credit card information. As I need the item badly I asked the person if I can pick at that moment (at the location) some of the item after I just ordered, the person said yes and when I got there the item is not even available. I still ordered some stuff because nobody’s perfect then I ordered online. One of my order is wrong and I called the customer service that the item they gave me is wrong and the person who answered blaming me and asking me why I opened the package. Yes blaming me to open my own order. It was very unprofessional so I asked for a manger and it was funny that the person I was speaking to is the manager and the OWNER (very unprofessional and rude) The item is an assorted tray that he is blaming me why I open them. Yes blaming me is the first thing he said.No customer service at all.No it didn’t stop there. He said he will send me a document so I can ship it back. I didn’t receive it. Next time I know I get tons of email and mail that saying that I owe money and the credit card that I supposed to pay the item didn’t went through. (No one called me to inform me). I called them and they said they will wait till they received the package and we will resolve the issue. I called again and they confirm they received the item and told me that they will call me back. They never called back but instead I received an email and a mail that I owe them still.Feb 21,2023Follow up.I received 2 calls and still asking me to pay.Even they received the item I send back.It’s been frustrating dealing with this company.It’s been a headache since I placed my order.March 2, 2023Follow upI have been speaking to the owner and staff and still haven’t resolve the issue. They are still telling me that they will email me and call me back.I called them 3 times this week.I called them back and resolved the issue.After 6 months of headaches finally it was done. For now!!!!

They shipped me the wrong item and then would not return it without a 20% restocking fee. Dalia clearly does like her job as she refuses to even try and take care of the customer.Thanks for the feedback Mr Owner. But actually the description on your website was incorrect. Which I pointed out but nobody cares. Calling your number numerous times made no difference. Feel free to reach out if you have any intention of resolving this like a professional business.

I made an order on March 21st, after major delays I have received all but 1 item. I recently got an invoice for an item I paid full price for but they separated it from my original bulk order and created a new invoice so they could charge me more for it after it had already been paid for.Seems fraudulent won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.

Very odd company.I've tried ordering two times from 3z - both times, I am billed right away and hear nothing back for 2-3 weeks until I call in and ask what is going on. Both times they said there is a back order/waiting on manufacturer to deliver, and then I have to end up cancelling the order and get it somewhere else.Not sure how they remain in business like this.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESSI placed an order with 3Z dental on August 2022.Of the items ordered, 2 were missing and not sent to me, even though on the website these items were labeled as “available”. Had I known they were not available, I would have ordered from other suppliers. A 3rd item was sent as a wrong item.I contacted the business to discuss the issue, and I was told that I will get a refund for the 2 items that were not sent and they will send someone to pick up the wrong item. I only received refund for 1 of the items that were not received and had to return the wrong item by myself and paid the return fees to Canada Post. I tracked the item on Canada Post and checked that it was received and signed for.I did not receive any follow up from the business, so I had to email and call several times and ask about the refund. Each time I had to wait several minutes on the phone to hear answers such as “I will have to check with the manager and get back to you”, “I will call you back once I check with the warehouse”, “I will call you by the end of this week”, “the manager is not here, I will let him know that you called”. Months have passed and my concerns have not been answered. My initial contact was Zaid and later I was referred to Mike. During one of the last phone calls with Mike, I was told that the item has not been received, and he asked me to call Canada Post to double check that the item was received, even though on the Canada Post website it clearly shows that the item was received and signed for, along with an attachment to download. I called Canada Post and they confirmed that the item was received. I called Mike and let him know, and he told me he will check with Canada Post. Several days passed and I haven’t received any follow up from him. I have tried to reach out to Mike with no success.I am taking this issue with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and I encourage anyone who has been scammed by this business to do the same.
