My idler pulley failed on my vehicle. So I was only running on battery and no power steering. Darcy came and was AMAZING. I always get nervous dealing with Tow Truck drivers (bad experiences in the past). He was super professional and took care of my vehicle. #HighlyRecommend

130 dollars to jump start my pickup and I was just two blocks from there office in Acheson. Found someone way cheaper.Follow up on your answer.Maybe you should make it more clear that Acheson is heavy, never said anything about S.G.. And I was specific when I told you it was a pickup. The service was prompt and the driver was good when picking up my mustang. The reason why I am only rating them 2 stars is because when they dropped off my car I instantly got a call saying that they emailed me the invoice. I said I would pay with credit card which they denied and said to do it on line. I said that I would do it in a couple hours as I was in scheduled meetings, then they called me back in 10 minutes threatening to pick the car up and repo it. I explained I offered my credit card and to wait a hr or two as I was in a meeting the girl was rude I then asked to talk to mgr and explained the situation to the controller. They need to understand that people can not drop everything at a moment’s notice and be a little more understanding. People skills at the administrative level would be beneficial for this company or a course on customer relations should be a prerequisite for talking to their clients.

I live in the Parkland County south of 627 I slid off my driveway at 3am. I called Tuber and the dispatch her arrange for the driver to come see me on his second call of his day. The driver was super courteous. I would definitely recommend them for your towing or other needs

Excellent service. Tire came off on Yellowhead Trail east of Hwy. 60. Darcy arrived within the expected AMA time, figured out how to load my Jeep onto the flatbed, brought in a traffic safety person as there was tonnes of traffic, loaded up the Jeep and got me to my garage.He made sure I was safe, was kind, polite and very professional, making a stressful experience much easier to deal with.Thank you!

I had the opportunity to use Tuber twice recently. One for roadside assistance via AMA, and then to have my car towed from the shop to my home. Dispatcher and drivers were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Service was prompt and they were great at providing updates. Would definitely use Tuber again.
