Yashi was awesome. She was engaged with another customer but also found some time to assist us. I noticed she also helped a few more customers, all the while being engaged with her primary customer. Have to say the rest of the staff were non committal and basically ignored us. Yashi deserves a 5 star rating not the store.

I’ve been to a few different Moores but the service at the 1900 Eglinton location has been the best. Ana has been fantastic to work with and has remembered me across multiple visits. I was recently also helped by Diana who ensured my tuxedo rental was fitting perfectly.

I had a wonderful experience at the Moores Smart Centres location (Warden and Eglinton). My consultant Anna was knowledgeable, professional and helped me put together a great looking suit for an upcoming conference I'll be attending.Things I loved about the experience:1. They sell suit separates - Usually when I find a jacket that fits well, the pants don't. I love that I can buy match jackets, pants and vests separately.2. Same goes for dress shirts. I wear an 18.5 collar. Typically those shirts fit great at the collar but are comically large around the body. Anna found me the right collar in a slim fit body. I bought 4 of them!3. Anna was amazing at sizing the suit for me and presented me with 3 options ranging in price from $300 - $700. After trying on all 3 I picked out one in the middle of the road for $500.4. Anna presented multiple options to complete the outfit so I could visualize the possibilities.I wore some of my new purchases the next day at work. I had compliments all around!Anna actually helped me last year with a sport coat and slacks. She's now my go to salesperson!The only thing I'd advocate for is to add a selection of cotton self-tie bow ties that fit an 18.5" collar ;)"

My recent experience with Moores was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling deceived as a customer. The deceptive practices I encountered during my visit have left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning.Moores advertised suits at what seemed to be an attractive price. However, I quickly realized that the advertised price did not include the entire suit. Each item, including the jacket, pants, and accessories, was sold separately, significantly increasing the total cost. This misleading advertising tactic is highly unethical and serves only to deceive customers into thinking they are getting a better deal than they actually are.To make matters worse, the final price I was charged for the suit was double what was initially advertised. This shocking price increase was completely unexpected and left me feeling taken advantage of. Moores' pricing practices are deceptive and unjust, as they lure customers in with a seemingly affordable price, only to hit them with an exorbitant bill at the end.While I must admit that the suit itself was of good quality, the incredibly high price I paid for it overshadowed any positive aspects. The value for money was simply not there, and I left Moores feeling cheated and dissatisfied with my purchase.The overall experience at Moores was marred by their deceitful advertising and inflated pricing. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who values honesty and transparency in their shopping experiences. Moores' deceptive practices and unjustifiably high prices have left me with a sense of disappointment and a vow to never return.

We went to Moore's to get a suit for a funeral related service and we saw a beautiful suit that was listed for 349.00 for a suit. The last time I checked a suit consists of a jacket and pants. If it's just a jacket or just pants it is no longer considered a suit it is considered a jacket or pants. To our surprise we paid for almost 800.00, when we checked the bill everything was itemized separately, 170.00 for the pants, 349.00 for the jacket. Yet they advertise in-store 349.00 for suits, 199.00 for suits. Folks beware that you are not entitled to pants just a jacket. Very disappointed and aggregated how the falsely advertise and misinform Customers. Because of this I will never return to Moore's. You should be ashamed of yourselves, especially at these times when everyone is struggling financially.

Anna was EXCELLENT!!! She knew exactly what to pull to make an amazing suit come together. She made us feel welcomed and we had a great experience with her. GO SEE HER! Top notch service! Keep up the excellent work!

If the rating was based solely on the store, I would only be giving it a 3. There really is not much variety when it comes to the selection of styles they have. Most items seem to be slim fit".Despite my frustrations with the selection

Nish was my sales person. Easy to talk to and gave off a very helpful and knowledgeable vibe. I came in 40 minutes before closing. He had me sized up for a shirt and vest and helped me pick out a nice tie all while giving me little fun facts. The whole process was surprisingly quick but he didn’t rush me at all. Wish there were more salespeople like Nish!

Sadra was AMAZING! She helped my son find an amazing prom suit and with her expertise he loved his suit! She was able to colour match his tie and find a colour suited perfectly for him. Perfect customer service!
