I would rather spend 50$ extra then ordering at this place again. Ordered for the first time with express shipping, 1 week later nothing was shipped even though I had confirmed the stocks before ordering. No update from them. End up cancelling my order still waiting on a refund 10 days later. These guys are crooks beware

Roch Beauséjour fixed my hard drive in record time in storen If it wasn't for him I wouldn't even have the hard drive in the first place and he fixed it within a few days. I can finally game again thanks!

Fleet Networks is not organized at all. Been waiting on a order for 3 weeks now while it showed a 1-3 day shipping. No a quick response to email and no response to phone. Don't order from them even though the pricing is cheap.

Fleet Networks, did not reply to my emails and you did not answer the phone much either (#3 in queue for over a hour?). I made an order two weeks ago, you charged my credit card, you have never shipped my product. Refund took over 10 days to process. Not very impressed for a first time customer. Will surely avoid in the future. Spend over 2 hours on the phone for absolutely nothing.

Charge without shipping. Promise shipping dates they do not respect. Promise refund dates they do not respect. Do not reply to emails or Facebook messenger. Phone is always busy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I really liked how i was greeted into the store. And the second Roch knew i was english he spoke it for me so i could really understand him 100% which is very uncommon here. And also everytime i go to the store and he is there he always makes sure i find what im looking for.
