Koolatron Factory Outlet Store
I have visited this store several times and at each visit I felt welcomed and not rushed to make a decision. Andrew ( the store clerk) was very helpful in choosing items plus very knowledgeable about the products. I had no idea just how many products Koolatron manufactures! I had occasion to go into the office area on my first visit - the staff there was a welcoming as Andrew is. Believe me, it's worth your while to visit the Koolatron store - lots of bargains await you.

Found this place on marketplace as I was looking for a mini fridge for my office. I reached out to the ad and Andy (store manager) responded promptly. I visited the Brantford store and received excellent service from Andy. He patiently advised on products they had and pros and cons of the items I was looking at. Got a great discount as well. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Andy didn't rush me to make a decision. Overall better price here than buying a used one off marketplace. They have many small to large kitchen appliances, will definitely visit again. Thank you

Andrew helped us.He went above and beyond. Responded to all our questions by text prior to arriving in the store.At the store, Andrew was very helpful, knowledgeable about the products.We purchased a Koolatron wine freezer, small cooler, 4 slice Kenmore toaster.

Was easy to find and get to. Once inside, I was surprised by the breadth of product that Koolatron makes! The staff were awesome right from when I had emailed about some questions and learned of the outlet store to my experience with the staff inside. If you are looking for a cooler/fridge/etc... this is worth checking out to save some $$$ as well :)

Recently bought a wine fridge direct from the outlet store, received excellent service from Andrew so as to get the best deal possible. A minor glitch at pickup was resolved efficiently and effectively. Great customer service and support, combined with a great deal what else can you ask for. Highly recommended!

We have had a Koolatron plug in cooler for many years. It finally quit working so we went back to the outlet. Andrew was so helpful! He helped us decide on a new cooler and answered all our questions about other products available. Would highly recommend!

Andrew is always great. The products are great. The company does not stand behind their products. I bought a brand new Corona cooler, after owning three Koolatron cooler/heaters for years.Andrew and I tested the cooler at the store, and the converter heated up like crazy. I wanted the owners to trade me for a Koolatron converter, because I tested that and it did not heat up. They refused!My first issue with Koolatron in six years, and they failed badly!
