I have visited many car dealerships in the past, none of which have ever shown me such respect, care and professionalism as the team at Starcity Motors did. I was in the search for a reliable Honda Civic, after weeks of dealing with shady and overpriced dealerships, I came across a listing from Starcity. When I visited, I was shocked at how well SAM treated me. Not only did Sam answer all the questions we had, he also beat all the competitors prices.It was a no brainer for us to buy the car on the spot. We have since referred multiple friends and family to buy cars from Sam. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car and does not want to go through the hassle of dealing with shady salespeople that don't have your best interest.

This business really was top notch. They went out of their way to make my experience the best it possibly could super courteous and very knowledgeable in every way. They made it work and I got my dream ride !! Huge thanks to Nasid the owner, well done sir !

I highly recommend Sam! After a horrible experience of being injured in a car accident (hit by impaired driver) and having my car written off, I was dreading having to buy a replacement vehicle. My search had started and was proving stressful and frustrating in this current car market of limited inventory and high prices. I looked at a vehicle at Star City Motors. Sam was awesome to deal with...not pushy at all but very helpful and patient.

Leaving a rare review on Google because I want to highly recommend Star City Motors. I was looking to purchase a 2nd car as a commuter vehicle but didn't want to finance another vehicle. With the budget I had I was most focused on the quality and history of vehicles I was looking at and I got nothing but straightforwardness and honesty from Sam. New and used car dealerships really could take a lesson from that guy and it looks like many of the other people compelled to leave a rating felt the same. I just bought my first car at Star City Motors, and I'm glad I did because my experience was amazing! It can be a very daunting and overwhelming experience, but I enjoyed every step of it, and that is thanks to Sam's great customer service skills. Sam was very honest and professional. He helped me out with out-of-province tax and insurance details, and was very knowledgeable in general. The car we bought was in great condition and immaculately clean.

We visited many car dealerships in New West and didn’t get a great gut feeling about any until we visited Sam at Star City Motors. If you’re heading to New West to find a car, I’d definitely recommend Sam! He made our first car buying experience in Canada stress free and straight forward. We bought a pretty old car so it’s had some issues since we’ve bought it, but Sam has been more than happy to help us with some of the issues! Appreciate an honest and down to earth sales person :-)

Great experience at Star City Motors! The communication was excellent and Sam made the process extremely smooth. We purchased the vehicle out of province, the mobile agent made getting the car registration and insurance seamless.
