I left a message online for Lee (owner) to contact me in regards to booking an appointment for getting my transmission & rear differential serviced & within minutes Lee had called me & was willing to chat & inform me on any questions I had. He was able to book me in the following week. I dropped my truck off around 9 in the morning & opted to stick around while him & his right hand man serviced my truck. There was a missing gasket from the box that was delivered from the parts store but Lee was able to quickly send him back & retrieve another right away! He finished my truck & had me out the door well before noon. I have to mention his prices are absolutely more than fair & he even offered me a discount for the extra wait which was not his fault at all.. I declined but he gave it to me anyway! I cant stress enough if you or anybody you know needs transmission work done, Stoney Creek Transmission is the place to go! Lee is a stand up guy & it’s very hard to find honest good people like this these daysThanks again, cheers.

Fantastic Service !!! I highly recommend Stoney Creek Transmission for any Transmission or Drivetrain work. Lee, the owner/operator, is a friendly and knowledgeable guy who does quality work for a fair price. I also know he stands behind the work he does. I normally do most of the work on my vehicles, but when I had a leak that required the transmission to be removed I turned to Lee and he quoted me a very reasonable price for the job. It's nice to have a great local shop like this that we can trust.

Unfortunately, I've had to bring my car to Stoney Creek Transmission twice in the last couple of years. Fortunately for me, Lee and his team are some of the most honest, helpful and hard-working people around.Lee is easy to get a hold of for updates and is patient in explaining what's happening with your vehicle. I had to have my car towed to Lee's shop due to an electrical issue. Despite being incredibly busy with other vehicles, he was able to set some time aside to get my car fixed in a timely manner, even working on a Saturday to get the job done.In this day and age, it is such a relief to find dependable, honest and skilled craftsmen who stand behind their work. Truly the salt of the Earth, Lee and his team have earned a customer for life.

What a reliable and honest small business enterprise. My VW Golf needed a secondary slave cylinder and clutch replaced. After a few visits to other transmission garages we decided with Lee’s garage. Worst thing ever when your transmission fails but if you speak to lee at Stoney creek transmissions nothing is to much trouble. Truck was picked up from my home and taken to the workshop and after a few days everything was better than before. Lee and his team are great, good costumer relations he gave me an estimate and it came in well under when the work was done . Highly recommend for any transmissions . I own a Ford Escape 2014. Unfortunately, the transmission blew at 200,000km. I had that car standing in my driveway for almost 2 years. During those two years, I contacted many places but none of them satisfied/gave answers to my questions like Lee did. Lee answered all my questions that I had.First, I had my car towed to Lee’s shop. Lee checked the entire car and called me within a day and told me what is possibly wrong with the car and approximately how much it will be. Now these days even the smallest repair is expensive and due to inflation, nothing is affordable. Luckily with Lee, it was an affordable and it was a worth it service. Lee with this honesty and knowledge provided me all the information and explained to me in detail what was wrong with the car. Lee also explained to me how my car not only needed the transmission fixed, but the battery as well. Fortunately, he was to install a new battery as well for an affordable price. He was confident in his explanation and hence, reassured me that this was the right choice. One of the things that I like about his service is that his shop covers a free tow (within a certain amount of km’s). I had the car towed and within 4-5 days, my car was fixed.Even after the car was fixed, Lee had mentioned that they like to do a follow-up check on the car to make sure that there is no new sound and everything is good as new. To be honest, his place is even better than the dealership. They have high prices and if you need a rental in the time being there is a waiting list. In previous experiences at my dealership, other services done on my car took over 2 months as there were no parts available and they needed to be ordered. However, Lee’s shop is so convenient, his prices are affordable, and his service is fantastic. Without a doubt, I knew that Lee’s Stoney Creek Transmission shop was the right choice.If anyone has transmissions that need to be repaired, Stoney Creek Transmission is your stop!
