We came here last night to get 4 meals for our family. We ordered through the app as we were on a tight schedule. Once we arrived at the estimated time for pickup, the food was still being prepared. 10 minutes later, they told us they had no milk shakes. 10 minutes after that we finally left with our food. We had a 10 minute drive and the food was unedible (it was very cold and the burgers were soggy). The restaurant manager does not want to refund the money of the meal.If you have this issue, do not deal with the restaurant, deal with corporate directly. It goes a lot further.$60 worth of inedible food from this location (no accountability taken)

When we drove through it took 10 minutes for anybody to get on the intercom. It took 35 minutes to get our food, and it was all messed up. I do not recommend.

Have visited this place many many times. Lately it’s providing a poor service. One person is answering phone, taking order on counter and drive through and serving same time. Taking much time between burgers ready and served.Are serving cold hamburgers taken out from warm trays and not from the hot grill.Our friends made the same comment during our general discussion.Sorry to sayBut wouldn’t recommend this place.

Service was too slow. Staff looks too confused. They took 25mins for just a combo and even after that the quality of fries was bad. They just wasted my break. I regretted to choose this harveys over the restaurant across the road. I just recommend don’t go to this harvey’s

Be careful at this location they charge more then the menu prices state. It just happened to me luckily I’m good with quick math so I caught it. Had to argue with staff a bit but at the end math just doesn’t lie. So they offered me the difference back but after having to argue and my food getting cold I just wanted my money back and they gave it to me. Also 1 female employee was very rude when I first came in asking about the prices.

Been to this Harvey’s on 3 separate occasions as I work near by. All three times I have come here the lobby is empty as well as the drive through yet every time I wait minumum 20 minutes. I am not one to complain or even go out of my way to leave reviews but I had too for this location. The most likely I cent time I went I waited 20 minutes for a poutine that was half full and a completely watered down ice tea. This will be the last time I choose this location.

I really would like to thank all the staff at Harvey's tonight, they were all amazing, friendly and accommodating. I went in this time instead of through the drive through placed my order! asked for my poutine to be made a certain way. They did an excellent job on burger as well. They were very busy but kept up to things and were very polite. Thank you again everyone cooks included.

Don't go there ! Drive through girl had to do both coupons separate.. paid separate. Waited fir quite abit in drive through finally got food . Went and parked ..no napkins or fork or straws . Walk back innthe store ask for them go back to car .. ( we parked across the lot .. ) went to take a dri k amd I do t k ow what she gave us but it wasn't Pepsi.. so went back in told the girl .. she did t really care .. went back out to car.. and my poutine was cold ... my husband's burger was Luke warm at best. Service was horrible and the food was worse ! Won't go there ever again !
