I last went to the Thai Room in Scarborough and I absolutely loved it! I came to this location recently and I was not happy with my food that I had ordered unless the food is a bit different at each location. Also it says the time they open is at 10am, that is not the case. They actually don’t open till about 10:30-11am so do not show up there at 10am like myself. When I called later that day, someone finally picked up and had told me that was for Uber eats.. but when I kept calling at 10am no one answered. The place was still clean and fast service.

The food used to taste better before. Not sure if they went through management/chef change but it doesn't have the authentic Thai taste anymore. Ambiance is nice. Watch out not to tip twice, the bill already includes a 20% gratuity but the machine still prompts for a tip!

I had 3 different kinds of fried rice here twice - chicken, egg and vegetables. All 3 are really tasty. Takes me back to street food in India. Scrumptious and look great too. Highly recommend.

I ordered beef pad Thai for dinner and as soon as i opened the takeout box, beef was (old) smelly and noodles were dry and there were no veges. I didn’t enjoy the meal and i wasn’t even able to finish it. Never going back here
