I am really sorry for such a brand that does not care about customer. It is important to choose a seller with experience and good behavior who knows how to respect the customer. I had a very bad experience with this store. and I expected much more from this brand and its service. Unfortunately, a black woman salesperson who did not behave properly with the customer at all and there was not even a dressing room for women and there was only one place that told me that this dressings room is for men.

I felt very welcomed the minute i stepped into the store and the service was very good especially from Prisca. She was very helpful, kind and energetic and I barely see that at any store. I definitely recommend this store for good quality clothing and service !!!

Bought a 600$ jacket, zipper failed after a month. They don't want to exchange, refund, or even fix it in store. Their team was extremly disrespectful, keeps mentioning wrong policies just for me to leave the store and take the jacket back.Bad customer service, low quality products and untrustful brand overall.

Love the staff. I came alone looking for a jacket and needed good fashion advice. Literally had the whole team helping me (because i was the only one in the store) it was amazing they really helped me chose which jacket i wanted. I was so happy with my purchase. The guy that originally helped me had JUST started like a few days before and he was amazing. Thank you to all of you ❤️

My experience at this specific Rudsak was all in all, exemplary. The employee by the name of Regis, was an all star employee. He was readily available to help and answer my many questions, all in a professional manner but alongside a touch of personalism, making it such a pleasant experience. I was looking for a specific coat and size, and he went above and beyond in order to make sure I was fully satisfied. For any future Rudsak purchases, I would return to only this store in hopes of receiving services from Regis.

I love shopping here. I bought myself a beautiful black leather jacket last year before Christmas as a gift to myself for getting back into a size 6 again. I take good care of my Rudsak jacket and it still looks new. Excellent service and sexy jackets. I couldn't help but go back and buy another jacket and wallet.

I decided to spend part of my first full paycheque from my new job on my mom today and El-Haddad was great at making her feel comfortable in the store. He was super quick and he was always ready to help whenever she needed it. He helped her try on multiple coats and showed her a lot of variety. I could see how dedicated he is at his job and he made it a point to speak directly to my mom. She’s deaf and he was very patient by helping to explain the different sizes, quality and type of fur she was getting. He gave us wonderful packaging and my mom left feeling happy and excited to wear her new coat this coming winter.
