Purolator

I try to avoid using or having Purolator involved in any of my shipping needs. I find their ability to ship packages extremely non efficient and most times slower than other couriers. One example of this, is them sending a package from a town 20min down the road from me to Calgary, Alberta and then back to me. Instead they should have just picked up the package and delivered it in a timely fashion. I have had more times than I can count where I was at home and the driver didn't even attempt a delivery, instead just left a notice card. Since seeing all of these examples of horrible customer service and a clear lack of any logistical knowledge, I have since made any retailer I order from use a different courier. I have in the past canceled orders when a retailer refuses tho not use Purolator. Until they can fix their logistical issues and learn how to handle packages in a timely fashion , I will never recommend them.

Why isn’t there a “zero star” option at ing as it would certainly fit this place. WHY DOES AMAZON INSIST on deliveries to Purolator?!?I love how there’s a sign in Purolator asking you to be polite and respectful to staff!! How about a sign saying that THEY will be respectful of clients?!?The ABSOLUTE WORST staff ever; rude, ignorant and lazy. They refuse to help with anything. The young woman working there now was trained well by the older, grouchy bags who used to be employed by Purolator.

Give the customer the option of having the delivery left at the door. Other delivery companies are miles ahead of Purolator. We pay to have things DELIVERED, not for us to go pick them up. 1/5.

The staff are awful and clearly hate their jobs They take it out on the customers who are the reason they get their pay checks. There is obviously a terrible manager here who lets them get away with this. Behaviour. If you enjoy your job and try to do it to the best of your abilities, shockingly your day goes by faster. I was absolutely blown away with how they acted. I don’t need someone to hold my hand and make my life better. I just wanted to ship a package and not feel like I had ruined their day for daring to come into a shipping depot and trying to ship a package. Go to Staples. The staff in there are 2 billion times more reasonable. Fedex is the best shipping company by far.

Best employees ever! I love our local depot, never ever mistake that. But this is the only delivery company that does not deliver to our rural (but heavily populated) address. Not open on weekends, only Bank hours (oh wait, banks are open Saturdays), and wait times for the headquarters are 30-infinite minutes.I wont buy anything that's shipped through Purolator on purpose, even Loomis (eww) delivers.Edited to reflect the fact that they are good at what they do, except shipping to addresses outside of the city.

This Purolator branch is the worst. I have a Purolator sticker on my door so they will drop packages (applied for this). They never do anyway. I have had to go in and pick up my last 5 consecutive orders. They apologize and say it's was a one off mistake everytime and disregard my complaint. If you don't then pick it up in 5 days they send it back. It's serial incompetence and the staff disregard and diminish your concerns. Everyone I know calls it the Purolator pick up service - they never deliver. Come on Purolator, your competitors are eating your lunch.

As a courier service, you are paid to deliver to my door, not for me to have to drive 35min to pick them up. That's what a courier service is and it's why we pay 3x more than if we sent a parcel with Canada Post. If you aren't going to deliver to the address door you should inform the sender at the time that they are enlisting the parcel to be sent by Purolator, not once it has arrived at the depot.Paid $55 to mail a pair of sunglasses from Calgary to Vernon and they won't deliver it to my door. Get wrecked.I have used Fedex in the past at this same mailing address with zero issues. Head on over to Fedex and save yourself a headache.

Was lucky I looked in to where my package was. I assumed delivery was to my house not to the city I live near. Anyways judging by the autoresponses no one reads these because they obviously get enough b2b business.

The Purolator customer service agent who helped me today was so kind and made the shipping process easy and straightforward to understand. Thank you!

Drive could not find the house two days in a row. The house is 2 minutes from kal lake Beach. I had to pickup my parcel at the depot where the person in charge said the driver was in the wrong. She apologised and said they were at fault.
