I had Jim come to my house at the end of June to quote for new windows and doors. His visit was great and a plan was put in place for what I wanted. He took my information and told me I would have a quote in a couple of days. 2 weeks later with no reply I phoned the office and got the same answer, making sure he had all the right information to contact me. A month later (couple days ago) I went into the office to ask about my quote and was greeted by Jim. I told him I hadn't heard from him and asked for the quote so I could get everything installed as I have a energy audit done and I don't want the time to run out. He told me once again that I would hear something by end of day or the day after. He said he would put something together" so a month after him coming to my house he has not even put together a quote for me. I heard good things about this company but after this experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone."

Homecastle is honest and always puts their best offer forward. I have had them to my house on 2 separate occasions to replace all of my windows and 2 doors.The crews worked fast and left no mess. The quality of the products they use and installation was second to none.The day they did my house it happened to be the one of the colder days of the year. The system they use to get the window they are working on ready for removal and the new one prepped for installation, left the window sized gap to the -20 ish outside only open for 10 seconds. This caused minimal temperature fluctuations during the process.They are great to work with and I have/ would use them again in a heartbeat.

This company did work for us some 6 years ago. The invoice was misplaced but when I contacted them, they checked their records and provided us with a copy and even helped in locating an older invoice for work done by a different company. Jim delivers outstanding customer service.

Homecastle supplied and installed a patio door for us today. Great, efficient and tidy crew! The quoted price was far less than another popular supplier's quote for the same window! I highly recommend this company. Thank you Damien.

Horrendous service. It took almost 4 months to get two small windows to finish my renovation when we were told windows would be installed within about 2 months. Like others, I came within days of missing the time line for my energy audit. Guys who installed the windows were very good. But you simply can't trust what this company tells you.

Excellent quality, workmanship and care!!This is not the first time we have had Homecastle install windows. This time was a much bigger job with 16 windows to replace on a 60s ranch home. Every window was done with care, and everything completely cleaned up at the end of the day. I really appreciated their expertise at their job. They carefully used exact measurements and skilled hands with the capping and caulking........neat, tidy and professional job! It really shows!I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their business.....which I already have to family and friends. Great job!

Absolutely fantastic service! My neighbour ordered several windows & a patio door from Homecastle a couple years ago & they raved about their service & their new North Star windows. I went over & looked at their windows inside & out & they still looked great 2 years later so we also ordered new windows & a patio door. After getting them installed I am extremely happy with them & the installers were fantastic. They did a beautiful job & really went over & above making sure to clean up all the mess when they were finished. I am now a customer for life for all my windows & doors needs!

I ordered a new window. And 2 doors for a century old barbershop in st Thomas. These guys were amazing! They worked all day. Got the job done, took the old ones with them. Cleaned up. And even did a little extra work just to make the shop look even better. I am completely impressed. Worth every dollar. I totally recommend them. They are fantastic, easy to work with from ordering to install. 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you again guys!

We had them replace our living room window, front door and side door a few years ago. We were reasonably satisfied with the product and service so I contacted them on July 16, 2018 to get a quote to replace at least the front door on another house I own.On July 26, 2018 when I still hadn't received the quote I called again.On Aug 07, 2018 when I still hadn't received a quote I phoned a third time.I said if they were too busy all they had to do was say so. No one contacted me to say they were too busy and I never did receive a quote.As a previous customer I expected better service.

Just had two doors installed very impressed with the men professional cleaned up when they were done i had home castle do all the windows in my other home and would highly recommend them quality product and service
