The technicians were on time, polite and professional. Wore booties over their boots and put down mats to protect the hardwood floors. They explained what they were going to do and their findings as well as answered any questions that we had. We would use this service again.

The technician was very professional. He explained exactly what he would do and not do, and asked for permission to go ahead. His work was very neatly done. He communicated very clearly and in a personable manner.

I'm a seasonal at a camp ground located near Hamilton - I noticed this service van was driving into our driveway, which has a security gate at the entrance. Well I suppose the gate didn't open in time for the driver operating this companies van because he began yelling at the staff and making a fuss. When the staff opened the gate, the driver operating the van squealed his tires loudly and dug up a huge dust cloud in front of pool before aggressively driving through the gate... It was loud and his agression behind the wheel was super uncomfortable and jarring to watch.. not to mention the stares he gave us as he drove by when leaving afterwards. Older/middle aged guy, orange shirt, big glasses.

Terrible service and technicians are not qualified HVAC technicians just labourers. They missed" nearly half the ducts and took forever. There are plenty of other companies out there

Had them clean my air ducts beginning of November. Landlord was very upset with the service we received. Humidifier still isnt done as the worker said it wasn't important and he will come back to do it due to another customer waiting.Will never use them for a service ever again. My air ducts still have dust coming out of it. And when I went to company to tell manager what has happen he was arguing with me.Such bad customer service its unbelievable. For $600 you would expect a better job to be done.They keep deleting my reviews so customers cant see the true side of their company.

I had a great experience with Stephen. While getting a new furnace installed from Shiptons we decided to get the vents cleaned. Stephen was punctual and took his time explaining the process. He was also understanding when I wanted to be present in certain rooms. He worked hard while he was here - I’ve already recommended him to a couple friends!

Certious and friendly service. Technician was on time. Showed me the ducts before and after cleaning. Did the work in a timely manner. The price was the same as the one they quoted over the phone. He made sure everything stayed clean and used Mats over the tile and hardwood flooring. I would recommend this company to friends and relatives.

Was coughing a lot when at home. Had my air ducts cleaned. I am much better now.

This company did not deliver the results I expected for the premium fees they charge. A video footage option to show before and after was promised and then not delivered. Good thing I was home to check because the cleaner needed to return to the ducts two and sometimes three times to get them clean after I personally inspected them with my own camera because they didn’t bring the video camera and told me it wasn’t an option.I had to effectively babysit the cleaner to ensure he was delivering the results that they promised.Not recommended and will not use the next time I need our ducts cleaned.
