The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

The people at this pharmacy are phenomenal! I've never had better service anywhere! I wish that more companies treated their customers like these people do.

Have been getting my prescriptions filled here for a couple years now. Very happy with the service. They have always worked to make everything as easy for me when possible, even when they had problems with my insurance provider they just gave me my prescription and dealt with it all without me.

Used to be with Shoppers Drug Mart in the area and found that they always seemed to be out of my supplies. Regularly had to use the wrong size needles, get needles from elsewhere or had half orders of my prescription filled with requests to return at a later date for remainder. I went into this pharmacy to ask about switching and am so happy I did. The service is phenomenal, all those working are always incredibly friendly and helpful and supplies I need are well priced and always available. If you find yourself looking for a pharmacy and you live in the area then this is the right choice.Not being open weekends obviously would not work for everyone but I really believe that the service really makes up for the issues with hours.

I hate giving businesses a 1 star but really I have been it comes down to the unfriendly and aggravating staff at this location. She has been coming to this location for several years and not had any major issues. It is true that my aunt is not the sharpest dresser and she not as physically capable as most people so I still feel that their treatment of her appalling.To make a long story short they dispensed the wrong amount of items in her order. When she went back to ask about it they said it was the responsibility of the drug company and would not do anything to help her. Obviously, she was angry but contacted the drug company who did end up sending free of charge replacements for those missing items. The pharmacy decided to charge another dispensing fee for each item, there were 3 items at at dispensing fee of $15 per item, $45 total. She had already paid this fee the first time when there was not the proper amount in the box. The pharmacy refused the waive the cost as is their right and held the order.Bob, the owner of this pharmacy, time to correct this issue but failed to do so.I recommend not going to this pharmacy. Consider Safeway down the block, where you get airmiles too, and the prices are the exact same.

Everyone at this pharmacy is amazing. Always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help in emergencies, to make everything as easy as possible, from dealing with insurance snafus to getting my flu shot.
