Shoppers Drug Mart

This is my favorite shoppers in St. John's. It has The best staff, they are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great sales and in store mark downs, always stock sale items. Always open extra cashes when busy. Very clean. Keep up the great work.

Store appeared clean but unorganized in some areas but overall the layout was good and there were a fantastic selection of food, makeup, household items and more.Store includes a pharmacy and post office.Cashier's service was fine however a worker on the floor was very unprofessional when he approached an attractive young woman at the end of a long lineup of men.The worker came up to the lady and said don't forget

The pharmacy staff is second to none. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative, the staff takes the time to ensure you know how to properly take medications, as well as answering any questions that may arise.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very nice reasonable owner. Very tidy Clean safe and secure store 5 out of 5 stars for Shoppers Drug Mart. But the Shoppers on a speaking of is Shoppers lemarchant Road specifically

I switched to this pharmacy almost a year ago and I am very happy I did. The pharmacy team is very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and professional. I have to drive a little further, compared to the closest shoppers but for me, it is worth it to avoid the frustration.

The staff is really friendly at the location. Canada post employee helped me a lot with my extended work order. Definitely recommend!

They have a lovely behaviour

I seem to always have an issue with the pharmacy. I know their policy is to request that fax prescriptions be filled. I came into the pharmacy to drop off an RX, and asked the staff to please also fill the RX on the fax machine, which had just came in or would be arriving in within a minute or 2 (I had spoken to my doctor in the parking lot who had faxed it during our call). She said no problem, come back in one hour.The same woman I always have an issue with (she is incredibly rude) was working the pick up counter, said there was only one medication. I explained that there should be 2 mentioned what happened at drop off, and asked to please check the fax machine. She came back and said quietly it was there on the fax but it would be an hour.I mentioned that this was kind of unacceptable as I had already been here an hour ago and asked it to be filled, and a breakdown in their staff communication shouldn’t be my issue. I don’t know why your staff think that people can just pick up and go every hour during the day, and making people wait for extremely necessary medication when it’s YOUR fault is terrible customer service.She refused to listen to what I was trying to to tell her, instead rolling her eyes and making faces. I tried telling her that I had already been here an hour ago to have it filled, and then a man in a white coat tried to cut in without understanding, to explain to me that “there were other patients ahead of me.” I am well aware, which is why I was there an hour ago to fill it.I was so embarrassed and frustrated that none of your staff would listen to what I was saying and instead immediately were rude and trying to blame me for their mistake, making me look like a “Karen” for rightfully expressing frustration.I have been a loyal customer of this Pharmacy for almost 10 years and only have issues with this one staff member. She was rude from the beginning and talked to me like I was an idiot.
