Good services and nice staff. My wife loves this nail salon and becomes their regular customer for a long time. I myself like their pedicure, which makes me relax after a long day working. Highly recommend!

Very clean place with nice, fast and convenient service! I usually do basic pedicure and manicure.

I saw Ten for a mani/pedi, she was accommodating to my time restrictions and did an amazing job.

Had the worst experience...my cuticles are shredded. The polish is messy. The technician was rushing and constantly hitting my skin with her power tool. I asked her to slow down and take care. I was now bleeding. I will not go back

Not one to leave reviews but I had to share. I have never been to this nail salon before but this is the one where my father goes to frequently for his pedicures. He is diabetic and likes to have frequent pedicures to prevent nerve damage and complications on his feet. He’s always been pleased with their service and really likes the way they do his pedicures. This past weekend on Sunday I drove him to the salon for a pedicure and he was told to return within an hour because they were busy at the time. I’ve always told him to make an appointment but he usually just walks in and doesn’t mind waiting for them. We had errands to do but could not get much done with the one hour that we had to wait to bring him back so we drove around the area until an hour had passed. He then walks in the nail salon again for them to reject him and tell him that they needed to close on time. He says one of the nail techs was very rude and speaking in her language while another nail tech apologized. I am sure all the nail techs at this salon are very talented and good at their job, but do not be so disrespectful and waste your customer’s time. They could have easily told him to come back another day or to book an appointment the first time he had walked in. Your customers must be very pleased with your services as you seem to have almost 5 star reviews but rejecting someone after you tell them to come back is absolutely disgusting.

I coincidentally stumbled upon this salon when I was visiting Burlington and now drive an extra 40 minutes out of my way just so I can get my nails done by Linda. My manicure lasts almost twice as long, nails are stronger than ever and grow out is less noticeable because of how good the technique is. Definitely recommend BBB!

Thank you to Linda for the awesome mani/pedi I got today. I got the Natural Pedicure, and regular manicure shellac. Extremely happy with her workmanship, and foot massage. If you have the time, and want to treat yourself to a little bit of extra pampering, get the natural pedicure!So kind, clean, and professional!
