I bought a dough divider/rounder from Fatih at standard food equipment. He shipped it to me thousands of miles across Canada in little time and no hassle. Upon arrival, the equipment didn’t quite work properly (shipping was most likely the culprit). I contacted Fatih and my equipment was fixed in a matter of a few hours. Today, due to the age of the machine and normal wear and tear, a major component broke out of it. Again Fatih made sure it was fixed and operational in a matter of hours. This is not to say that a bought a faulty piece of equipment! I bought a used piece of equipment knowing full well things could go wrong. My review here is to let potential customers of Fatih know, that you can make a purchase with piece of mind at standard food equipment. Their equipment is inspected and top notch before it leaves their facility. Even if something was to go wrong, you will not be left hanging. These guys are there to help and will do so immediately. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Immediately! As a business owner, I highly recommend Standard Food Equipment!
