The front desk for Dr. Jastrzebski was extremely racial discriminating and I feel extremely offended by her. I don’t know why there is no complaint approach. This is ridiculous. Worst medical experience ever. I will not choose nor recommend this institute.

Interesting that my original review is not here anymore. Dr. Manusow's clinic used to be at the Manitoba clinic at HSC, my review is based on what used to be available to clients coming into the clinic vs the new site. My mother is 93 years old and I am basing my review on meeting her medical needs, not that of someone younger who has no difficulty walking, driving, and seeing. The clinic is clean, and prestigious, but unlike at the HSC. this facility has no handicapped parking, no staxis chairs at the entrance and no lower curb for someone in a wheelchair. Movement through the clinic space is complicated, you start in a large waiting area then get up to a different chair to get first eye drops, then sit and wait, then a second space for visualizations of eyes, then move to a small waiting space which doesn't accommodate a wheelchair well, then sight testing and into another small waiting area, then finally the treatment room for the eye injection. The process is unchanged, that is not the issue, the issue is if you're a senior" senior the waiting areas are too small to accommodate a wheelchair or even a walker. Given that people come to an eye clinic with visual difficulty
