I had such a pleasant experience with Upper Canada and so glad I decided to hire their team! I first discovered this company through my realtor and grateful for her recommendation.Dan, was so professional and gave expert advice on the new furnace and the A/C unit they installed. He even consulted on how to position the unit to ensure longevity and did a final walkthrough to go over the maintenance/warranties.The job was on time and stayed on budget. Great team, and I would highly recommend their services.

Amazing customer service! I called after hours when our A/C quit during an extremely hot day. We have a 12 week old baby, so temperature in the house is important! I left a voicemail expecting a call the next day (hopefully). Dan called me back about 10 minutes later and offered to come right away to see if he could fix it. He did all he could to fix it (even just temporary for the evening) but the unit was 30 years old so it was all completely shot. They were able to replace it the next day (lucky for us). He was professional, nice and courteous. Overall great service and highly recommend.

Super service from Kyle who was very thorough with our furnace and air conditioner. He was great to answer all my questions and for the first time in my adult life, I did not get in trouble for not changing the furnace filter! Woohoo!

This team was great! They were fast, effective and affordable.Our furnace stopped heating in the middle of the night. When we woke up in the morning our 18 month-old daughter's room was 12°C and falling. Not good! I tried to diagnose the problem myself, but the error code was very generic and could've been caused by countless things. I called a few places, the first one I could get through to told me their first available appointment wasn't for over a week. Not an option.I panicked and made a social media post looking for recommendations.I was referred to Dan at Upper Canada HVAC by a friend and they were able to get a couple guys out to my house same-day. They easily diagnosed the problem and were able to adjust some settings on my old furnace to get it working again and prevent a similar error in the future. Now I actually have better pressure and the heating is more consistent as well. The basement isn't as cold as it was prior. They didn't try to upsell me on anything or hustle me into unnecessary repairs/replacements. I'm not in need of a new furnace YET, but when I am, I know who I'm calling.Thanks guys!

Great company to deal with. We needed our AC unit replaced and Upper Canada HVAC's quote was less than half of two other quotes. Once we gave the go ahead, they installed the next day in a very short time. Both service men were friendly and cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend Upper Canada HVAC to anyone needing work done.

We had Upper Canada hvac in to install a new AC system. We were impressed by the speed and price. Normally you can have maximum 2 of speed, quality or price. We managed to get all 3. Staff cleaned up as they worked, were very professional and had very good attention to detail in everything.

Dan and the guys at Upper Canada are the best of the best. After having terrible luck with other HVAC companies I was steered towards upper Canada and have never looked back. They are honest, quick and will not try to upsell you on something you don't need. I recommend all my family, friends and clients to them everytime they need something.

I use Upper Canada HVAC for everything I need from furnace installs, new A/C systems, Tankless water heaters and general maintenance right down to replacing a in-duct fan or even something as minor as connecting the fan on my fireplace. My business uses them exclusively as well.Their work is as good as it gets and their rates are very reasonable. If you're looking for a reliable HVAC company, look no further - these are your guys!
