I recently visited Frankly and had a fantastic experience thanks to the help of Kyle! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and preferences before recommending frames that were not only stylish but also suited my lifestyle.Kyle's services orientation was evident throughout the entire process, as he made sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision every step of the way. The frames I ended up selecting are absolutely perfect, and I'm thrilled with my new glasses!Overall, I highly recommend Frankly for anyone in need of glasses. I have been stopping into Frankly for a few months now, and when was finally ready to take the big leap and grab my dream frames; the team was so supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better and more pleasant shopping experience. They have a good range of eyewear and it was hard to choose what to go with. Ultimately I ended up with a wonderful pair of Thierry Lasry frames that check all my boxes. After getting my glasses, I stopped by to get them adjusted and the team made sure to check in with me again via email to make sure I was happy. Amazing customer service, wonderful range of glasses, very attentive and helpful staff!

Went in December for a glasses repair job, eye exam, and to pick out a new set of frames. Staff was so kind and helpful, helped me pick out the perfect frames for my face. I get asked at least a couple times a week where I got my glasses, couldn't be happier!

Not much more to say than whats already been said - the team at Frankly made it easy to fall in love with two pairs of glasses from their great collection. Rachel was super helpful during the entire selection process, and not to mention, very patient in logging my first round pick of 10+ glasses! Took a couple more visits to whittle down the competition but never felt rushed, and received great support with any questions/recommendations.Optometrist on-site on Tuesdays made things easy and I've already been back for some small adjustments, so great on-going support so far. They even fixed the old glasses I came in with during my first visit at no extra charge!So thanks a lot, I'll def be back when my benefits renew ;)

It's hard to find an eyewear shop with bold, quirky frames like no other, but Frankly was for sure the place for me.The customer service is exceptional. Great communication throughout the entire process and no hesitation to help problem solve whenever there was an issue. Everyone is personable, kind, and knowledgeable.Be prepared to spend more on frames here, but it's worth it. :)

I love my very first pair of reading glasses! I can't say enough about the wonderful service here - all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the selection of eyewear is fantastic - choosing a pair wasn't an easy task!

Went in to pick out some new frames after using the current one for a few years. I was helped by Kyle who was great at picking out frames that worked really well for my face shape. They have a great set of curated frames. Some more traditional and understated, and some very bold and colourful. There is something here for everyone. They also carry brands that I have yet to encounter in any other shop. You are bound to find a unique pair that suits your style. Their turn around time was also quick. Roughly a week from order to delivery.Update 2: Went in again to pick out sunglasses. Helped by the team to pick out a Lapima frame. Amazing looking frames. Very unique and fashionable. Enjoying my Lapimas!

Everything at Frankly is amazing. From shopping experience (the store itself feels like a museum's gift shop) to customer service. They do their best to help you find the perfect frame without being pushy.Kyle and Rachel are the best! frankly, is a great place to have your eye health examined by their in house ophthalmologist and purchase beautifully crafted frames. Everyone is helpful and provide the kind of expert service one would expect when choosing a personal item such as eyewear.From the frames that were picked out for me, I chose the Cutler and Gross pair in the photo. They also retrofitted a older frame and now I have optical sunglasses.frankly, I highly recommend them…..
