This location is well managed, neat and tidy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Brandon gave me a tour of a potential locker and very useful info to consider while making my choice amongst my other options. So far so good and looks like this location makes the effort to keep it that way.

When I had booked my the second locker, which was located a number of aisles away from my my 1st locker # 1505. Alan Turner was a great help, he was able to accommodate me by allowing me to have # 1504.

Alan and Brandon are professional and polite. Very willing to help and super friendly. If Access Storage can get employees like them, they're doing something right! We came to them looking for storage, we got a great tour and they helped us pick a unit. We ended up finding a townhouse with our own storage and when we came to cancel, they congratulated on us finding a place and said that it was no problem to cancel our contract. Just overall fantastic people, great service.

The staff are absolutely amazing!! Go out of their way to help and even in xmas Eve!! This company takes compassion and kindness to a new level. Don't go anywhere else but here. Clean units, super organized staff, easy and fast paper work. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you Dan and team!!

I visited Access Storage to secure a unit that would be donated to a charity/organization. It was my first time going through the documentation process and Alan and Connor were absolutely wonderful. Alan explained all the paperwork to me, he showed me how to get to the unit and how to use the bullet lock. Connor was kind enough to take his time to look for a unit that would be most convenient for our clients when visiting and also assisted me in accessing the unit because my gate code wouldn't work until the following week. Overall, great experience with the staff and would recommend Access Storage for all your storage needs!
