The acai cup with unlimited toppings is amazing. 5 stars. However, the customer service deserves 1 star. The girl working there last weekend would rather be anywhere else. Also, maybe consider playing some music. The vibe is not welcoming at all. The only reason I MIGHT go back is because the Cold Pressery in Port Credit moved locations.

Worse service ever, didn’t follow my order at all. Just filled the cup with açai and didn’t even put what I wanted on it. Employee gave me attitude because I came near closing time. They are $15 at least give the correct order.

Delicious acai bowls with many toppings options. Cute place from the outside and inside. but I found it pricy as oak-berry outside canada is less than $12 a cup.

It was my first time ordering from Oakberry and the guy working that day did a great job at explaining the process. I let him make the açai bowl “cup” the same way he would make his. I got mine to go and enjoyed it at home. It was very good and I’ll definitely be back to get another one.

Oak berry is an amazing place with such a calm and chill vibe it's a very relaxing place. I got the peanut butter bowl cause I love peanut butter and you can even put peanuts in there and many other fresh ingredients. The bowl made me wake up real quick cause the energy you get from it is wild, loved the experience!

Soooo good!!! When I was at the end of my ‘bowl’, I had mostly granola and almonds and coconut left and not very much of the açai, which made it a bit difficult to finish. I requested just a little bit of some toppings but next time I’ll request even less. I sincerely appreciate the unlimited toppings and the fact that they’re not stingy when adding them. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area again. Would also love to see more options of bases other than açai, like mango+pineapple for example.

Lol how can you not give Açai 5 stars?! Absolutely delicious and love the variety of toppings they offer! A clean and cute little spot that opened up here with friendly service from staff! The 16 oz is actually quite filling (especially with all the toppings) just something to think about when ordering… anyways this was my lunch for the day, can’t wait to go back for another one!

Absolutely delicious! The toppings are always fresh. I love that you get unlimited toppings, so there are so many combination possibilities. I would say that this location could be a bit cleaner. The washrooms were not very clean and there were stains on the furniture.

I got introduced to Oakberry in São Paulo and we were obsessed with it. Whenever we wanted a mid-day snack we would go there.I’ve uploaded two photos - one from streetville location (left) and one from São Paulo (right - April 2023).Raw ingredients - Fresh and GreatAssembly & Presentation - Needs Improvement. There were clumps, strawberries and peanut butter thrown on top. Moreover, there were barely any strawberries.Price - we would pay $6-$8 in São Paulo. São Paulo overall is 40% cheaper than Toronto that’s across most of steak, sushi, and regular restaurants. I was expecting to pay $12 max after tax. I ended up paying $19. This is a take out out order, yet I was prompted to enter a tip so I ended up paying $22.I love this chain but it needs improvement on the assembly of the Açai bowl and its pricing.Asking me to tip ahead of the order is being prepared while the guy is looking at me is a lot of pressure. There is no service, it’s a product that is made, there is no service.
