Small (ish) selection, higher prices than competitors. Location is what saves them

They always have my honey oil in stocks when everyone else in town struggles to keep them. Always friendly and cheerful!

Staff are nice,as they are everywhere else, my issue lies with thier price match guarantee,They will not price match any local dispensaries that are located on the reserve citing the reserve stores don't pay taxes and can sell it cheaper,,But they also don't really price match other intown stores either, they say they will price match any regular priced in-stock item,However most all of the dispensary around advertise it as a member price and a market price I assume market price being what the o.c.s store charges,that being said canabis jacks does not price match member pricing either ,So they don't price match with reserve stores and they don't actually price match with any intown stores either cause they all have member pricing and market price,to avoid alot of headache canabis jacks should just remove price match alltogether cause they never wanna do it anywaysI just paid $51 at cannabis jacks for a dime vape cart that another store had for $38.50+tax regular priced and with a $5 delivery charge is $44 and that's delivered to my door and with a delivery fee ontop and it's still $8 cheaper then canabis jacks, I will not be back to canabis jacks northbay again

Staff is awesome, super friendly service, and great product knowledge and selection

staff were super friendly and made purchase easy..especially when you have no clue what you are doing and make yourself look ridiculous lol at least you can laugh and joke about yourself though and the staff could make conversation

Very organized store! Great experience from sales staff. They are obviously very knowledgeable. I got exactly what I was after and I was in and out quit quickly considering my order. Product so far is excellent (hash bat pre roll) and I look forward to going back for more.

I just finished my first visit to the shop and I was extremely impressed with the atmosphere and the overall experience. They opened back in May and are planning to do their Grand Opening later this summer sometime. The lay out is so simple and clean. The staff are friendly and so knowledgeable. They don’t throw a bunch of information at you as soon as you walk in the door they let you explore a bit and then when you’re ready to be helped they are there. I had the pleasure of being served by Aiden and he was awesome! I gave him my budget and what I was looking to get out of the product and he suggested two great strains to try and I look forward to doing just that right now :)
