This company was hired for a rather large contract to install surveillance and security upgrades to our existing system. We have nothing but good things to say! We received an on-site security appraisal. The quote was very reasonably priced, and they completed the install and wiring so that we could potentially expand in the future. Dustin and Stealth’s technician were professional and worked super-hard to ensure it was a smooth transition. We are extremely pleased with how responsive they have been even after the sale. I was even provided the owners personal phone number. All in all, we are very pleased and will have them install the next phase. We highly recommend their services to any business in need of commercial surveillance security systems.

This company should not be in business, period. We had a contract with them and had problems in 2004 develop where the doors would not register as closed. Multiple phone calls to their non existent customer service line failed to get anyone to phone me back. Then went to their office to complain in person and this guy comes out from the back complaining about the messages I left and wanting me to step outside for a fight !!! Run the other way from this company !!! Subsequent to this I see the company had its City of Calgary business licence suspended for 45 days after the city received 50 complaints about the way it operated.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! We have repeatedly been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week with messages left and no one seems to answer the phones. We were supposed to receive 2 years free after paying for 3 years and our back door alarm isn’t working properly, which they said they would find times and send someone out and I never did receive a call back and my calls have been ignored since.

Would not recommend Stealth for a commercial application. We struggled with our system when it was first installed, some was definitely user error but it took months to figure out how system works, even how to disarm after a fire alarm. Calgary FD had to pull the plug on the system twice to turn it off. No 24 tech support. Email correspondence is very slow if they reply at all (admin and sales rep).

They have the absolute best employees whom treat you with the most respect. If you have a tight schedule it is no worries because they will schedule to your needs and wants!
