Sarah and I have been working together for almost a year, it has been such an uplifting experience of growth. Coaching is a natural to Sarah and her motivation, care, and guidance is what sets her apart. One thing that truly stands out with Sarah and IronBarbieTraining is the utmost focus on Mindfulness. Sarah is literally the whole package. I’ve never met a more beautiful soul inside AND out. If you want to love yourself and your body she is THE ONE to get you there. You are seriously doing yourself a disservice if you don’t go to her for all of your fitness/life coaching needs.
