I just moved into a new house that came with a hot tub and wasn’t sure where to begin. I called The Hot Tub Man, and was so thrilled with their service. They came over right away and cleaned up my hot tub completely and got me going with everything that I needed. Matt was so friendly, helpful and worked very quickly. Fantastic group of guys, same day response with more then adequate knowledge and experience that solved our issues without replacing any major parts or pieces.Matt was great in explaining the issues and how they were resolved.Keep up the great work guys as not all hot tub dealers will help you out unless its there product.

My hot tub needed a few parts and a few repairs, they took my call for work request and Bob out there in the early afternoon, on time, and was professional and friendly. Went above and beyond what was asked of him and for a very great rate! I will definitely be calling them in the future for any unexpected repairs.

Absolutely phenomenal service. The tech came out to our place at Sylvan, and went above & beyond to ensure there was only one leak. Took his time to fill the tub to make sure.Then they returned with the part we needed, and were friendly and super helpful.The booking & billing process was smooth and the lady on the phone was so nice & friendly too.Highly recommend and will use them for our winterizing too.Thank you!!

I have used Hot Tub Man for a couple of service visits over the past year. On each occasion, they were able to respond quickly and their knowledge and professionalism has been excellent. Bob was here today and was able to troubleshoot and solve the problem in short order as well as provide some additional advice on care and maintenance. I highly recommend the Hot Tub Man for your service needs!
