Zeiss Vision Centre is by far the best optical store in the lower mainland. The staff provide exceptional customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit. Whenever I am looking for something I’m particular, they always show me the best options in a certain budget range. Highly Recommend visiting!

Exception customer service! The team has greeted me promptly and introduced me to a bit of history about Zeiss as it own brand. I never knew the the lenses that captured the moon photo back in 1979 was from a Zeiss lens. The history about this brand is remarkable. I also got a chance to experience the Visufit 1000 device to measure my pupil distance , I was told there was only a handful of this device in canada. Thank you for your experience.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would give that. Horrible experience. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and they said it will take 3 weeks. When I called after three weeks they had not even started working on the order and I was told the color I ordered won’t be possible to make. The lady at the reception was extremely rude and impolite. Anyway, I compromised and changed my order to match what was possible for them. They promised to deliver in another 2 weeks. On the delivery day, I got a message again at the end of the day that they will take more time for the order and that it will be delivered in the next week. I decided to not trust them and cancelled my order. I ended up not being able to use my insurance for the year and wasted one month because of their unprofessional and poor service.Would not recommend to anyone. Never go to Zeiss Richmond Centre

I had a horrible experience awhile back, nobody seems to be interested in helping, I asked if there is any promotion going on and was told the cheap" one is all over there in one area. I guess they don't think I have the money to afford expensive glasses."

I wanted to extend a big thank you" to the team at Zeiss Vision Centre. I've purchased three pair of glasses over the past few years and the last pair I purchased developed an issue. I didn't' report it to them till I was in the mall and it was five weeks AFTER the warranty expired. No problem! They sent my glasses off and in less than a week

Here at Zeiss, Paul Tseng, offers the best service ever. He was able to help me through the custom color matching for my frames where they provided samples that I got to keep to help with the decision process. I had two issues with my lenses afterwards, however the after sales service was also beyond my expectations, they were able to make a quick turnaround with replacing the lenses. I would like to recommend anybody who is looking for great quality and service to Zeiss at Richmond Centre.

Selection is nice, but beware: your extended benefits may not cover Zeiss.I don't like to have opticians bill my benefits directly, so I paid up front, then claimed on my benefits (which covered about 45% of the cost), then asked my husband to submit the balance to his (better) benefits plan. It said they don't cover Zeiss as of Mar. 8, 2023! We submitted anyway, but I'm not holding my breath that they'll reimburse. (Update: not covered! :( )Will be going elsewhere the next time I need glasses - I only went here as our optometrist is affiliated, and we like him.The frame selection was nice, and I only need a fairly basic progressive prescription, so I'm reasonably happy with my glasses, but for more technical" lenses
