Just got my car certified at this location and am more than happy with my service! They are priced really reasonably and get you in in a timely manner. Jessie was friendly and awesome and went through everything with me. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car for me when they had extra time! Couldn't recommend them more.

I was given the worst case scenario(engine failed) when I brought my car in for a diagnostic, the customer service & support from here was absolutely incredible!! My vehicle battery suddenly died on me. I contacted Gurr Auto and spoke with Jesse about the issue. They got my vehicle in for repair within the hour and had everything done the same day. Jesse was great with communicating to me what issues were discovered and recommended repairs. Despite having to drop unexpected money on my vehicle, my experience with the team at Gurr Auto was great.

Absolutely fantastic service! After checking on line I decided to try Gurr Auto. I needed a battery replacement & my electrical checked. Suzanne had my vehicle in the shop immediately at 4:30 pm ,30 minutes from closing. The next day my car had an 80 point inspection & by 3:30 pm I was on the road! If I could give 10 stars I would! The shop is spotless & my car has never run better ! I’m going to tell everyone about the ultimate client experience!

Gurr auto shop is amazing! They fixed my car fast and provided me with a ride to come pick it up as I had no one else at the time ! In fact I had a bad vibration in the brake peddle and now it's barely there! Thanks Gurr Auto !

This place was awesome! Every step of the way they put in the effort to earn your business and complete confidence. I will 100% be going back there and would recommend them to anyone. I was certain I need my rear brakes completely replaced and they said no just a service and showed me how much brake pad was actually left. They also send you a video to show you what’s going on with your vehicle.Can’t recommend them enough!

Well all of those 5 star reviews are well deserved. They are thorough, honest, and send you a video of what needs to be done on your car. They even throw in a little gift bag of goodies for new customers. Both women are extremely nice and personable, the establishment is clean, and they have earned my trust. They caught a puddle on the parking lot where my car was parked, checked the security camera to find out which car might have left the puddle, and called me back to make sure everything was okay and that there wasn't an oil leak they didn't catch when doing the diagnostic. They discovered it was something simple and nothing to worry about (there's that honesty again), but I was impressed with their thoroughness and concern with my car. A true business gem in St. Thomas.

I’m very impressed with the quality of service at Gurr Auto during my recent brake pad replacement. They explained what needed to be done and gave me a choice of 3 levels of pad quality to choose from and the pricing for each. I then sat in a very clean and comfortable waiting room until my car was done. I was pleasantly surprised to not find any greasy hand prints in my car when I I got in to leave, unlike the experience I had a few years ago at a new car dealership no less!! All I found was the complimentary popcorn everyone gets after a service which was a hit with my kids! Thank you very much to the friendly staff at Gurr Auto, I will definitely be back.

Have been taking my van here for a year now and have been thrilled with the service. Easy to work with, incredibly friendly, very informative, not pushy at all, reasonably priced, centrally located. Will keep coming here for years to come

This is a great business- very professional and reliable. Really happy with this place. They offered to send a shuttle, they got me in at a convenient time for me, the service was exactly what I needed and no more. It also cost less than I thought it was going to.
