Best customer service I have ever experience. The team at Rand replaced a part on my vehicle in January, on a recent road trip my vehicle broke down, turns out the part failed, nothing to do with the workmanship. Myles and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was informed, they updated me on the whole warranty process, and looked after all the arrangements to get be back to my vehicle once the repairs were complete. Big thank you to Gerry, Miles and Will for looking after the transport to my ride. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced!

DEF light came on on my sprinter and I took it to check what's causing this, next day Rand automotive called me and told me that they are not sure what it is but I have to change the whole DEF system and they wanted 4 grand for the job. Again I asked what's causing the problem,and I got no straight answer, just a 200 dollar bill for diagnostics". So I took my van somewhere else and fixed it for 14 hundred plus tax.I do not recommend them.My name is Xhevdet and your guy with a beard call him K. Misspelled my name and totally tried to overcharge me for removing DEF system without telling me what’s wrong with it in the first place. I expect to pay my fair share for mechanical services but 4 grand to disconnect DEF and reset the system

This car repair shop has been my best customer experience! I strongly recommend Sheri and the whole mechanic team! Even though they were fully booked, they worked twice harder to fix the issue I had with my campervan so I could be on time for my ferry to take. Very kind, very comprehensive, very professional. They even offered me a commercial gesture I was not even expecting, even though they spent hours my campervan to get it fixed. I strongly recommend them, if you ever are near by and have issues with your vehicle, don’t even hesitate!

This company has been amazing! I work for a local plumbing company in Victoria and we were desperately in need of getting one of our Mercedes Sprinter vans repaired and back on the road as soon as feasibly possible. I called them on Tuesday and we were able to get the van dropped off to them by the end of the day and they had the issue resolved in record time! We were in a tough situation with one of our company vans being broken down and Mercedes was taking weeks to even get our van in to find out what was going on with it. To have a service van down and not out on the road is very costly to our business so we called around to see if we could find a mechanic who was willing to work on our van sooner, and we ended up finding Rand Automotive. The entire experience from the initial phone call all the way through to picking up the van and paying the pay was a total pleasure. Their knowledge of Mercedes Sprinter vans is top level, their customer service was the best we have ever seen in this industry and the price was very fair for the excellent work done. We highly recommend Rand and we will now be using their services for our entire fleet.
