TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had the worst customer experience from the brown girl on Nov 07, 2018 at 5pm.She was sitting at the business desk and was completely in a trance and in another world of her own. She immediately got fed up with her work and was extremely unfriendly when I was reading my bank statement (15 secs into the interaction). I asked her a few questions about tax free savings account, she had no knowledge of how it works then started to get into an argument with me when I asked more questions instead of asking someone for help or telling the truth that she knows nothing about the account. Luckily Jessica stepped in to help. The brown girl was rolling her eyes even when Jessica has corrected her mistakes and pointed out the rules of tax free savings account to me.There is definitely a better way to deal with customers other than outbursting into an argument with them.I apologized to the brown girl for any inconvenience I might have brought even tho I was a confused customer who had done nothing wrong and was mistreated by a disgruntled employee and had no reason to apologize from my part. The brown girl was still out of focus into her own world while telling me I deserve to apologize for her bad service.This employee clearly does not care about her job, the company and customers what so ever. I will be extremely surprised to see anyone still working at their job after offering this type of bad service.I am a regular customer at this location, and most employees are exceptional here. But this case is very alarming since it's a very small location with regular customers. If they keep employees like her then those customers including myself will never come back.This issue must be elevated to the management!

Manager of this branch refused to call me when I need to confirm that a Bank Draft would not be held at this branch when being deposited by a partner of mine. I understand that you have procedures and need to protect the bank but refusing to make a phone call to explain this or to AT LEAST ATTEMPT to help a current and long term TD client is unacceptable. So here is your 1 star review, hope you can change this behaviour. This occured today at 4pm at the branch.

If I could give the staff of this bank zero star, I would give them for sure. Disrespectful, disappointing behavior. Generally I have never been happy with TD and that’s why I changed my bank to CIBC! But today when I left the branch I was shaking. I went there like a normal person and when I was leaving there I was upset and very disappointed with this bank!!

OMG, this TD bank location is really bad. You have to wait for forever in line to speak to customer service. Their customer service reps poorly trained. They always have to run to their manager to get answer for simple questions. Who is fault is that? I blame their management here. You give them a benefit of doubt by saying, they are having bad day or busy day but they are always like this - everyday!!. TD do something about this location?

Excellent branch and branch representatives. A great example for customer service. Other banks and branches should take note. Pleasant and welcoming

The staff at here were super helpful yesterday setting up our international student from korea with a student account. Thank you for being so patient, hospitable and accomodating.

Delays, delays, delays and advisors taking days off and holding your request until they come back after the advisor feels refreshed meanwhile the client is pulling their hair out due to this branch's delays.

What happened to this TD bank location? Terrible service.I used to like coming to this bank, but now I'm ready to switch. They are no longer the customer friendly and faster service! AVOID THIS LOCATION if you want to keep your sanity.

They try to push their investment products a little too hard at this branch, even when you say you're not interested. But that's a minor annoyance compared to the otherwise excellent service this branch consistently offers. All the advisors I've dealt here with have been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

The branch withdrawal limit is 3000? Even for business!!
