Tyler was referred to me to install a Water Hero digital water shut off for my floating home. Tyler under promised and over delivered, doing an amazing job, and got it to do a fairly complicated job in the first week we chatted about the job. He did it under budget and is a great guy to deal with. Highly recommend Tyler and Northwoods!

Martin and his partner installed a new hot water tank in our condo unit and I would definitely use them again. Super great communication, clear pricing, texted with updates, cleaned up after he was done, wore masks and in general a super nice guy. Highly recommend!

A couple weeks purchasing a condo, experienced two toiletsleaking. Daughter connected me with Martin and haven’t regretted since. The expedient and stellar service provided was such a relief especially during Covid.Martin not only repaired the leaks but pointed out what to watch for in future until I got replacement toilets.Above all else was Martin’s well-rounded experience along with his professionalism that made a stressful situation manageable.Had to have him come to my rescue again shortly after purchasing new washer that resulted in a leak. Again Martin came after hours and rectified the situation.And now as a result of a recent substantial water leak that affected my unit, I’ll be contacting Martin as my contractor for major restoration work. I’m so impressed by Martin that he should be cloned! Having him servicing your needs is like winning the lottery; you won’t regret it.

Martin was lovely and very professional. He went above and beyond what was expected. My boiler stopped working and it left me with no hot water or heat. He got me the part, which had to be ordered, as quickly as possible. He kept me informed all along the way, answering any questions I might have and returning as soon as he got the part.I would recommend Northwoods Plumbing and Heating to anyone and I'll use them again.

Martin came in on an emergency to fix a broken heating system.It was a complex and time sensitive job as we were without heating and hot water. Martin was very efficient and responsive, he found a way to temporarily enable the old system while we waited for a new one.He consistently put our needs ahead of his convenience and came over to help well outside regular business hours. Tyler and Martin completed the entire spectrum of plumbing work within my North Van condo redesign. A shower, bathtub, toilet, multiple sinks and all kitchen appliances were installed and finished. Tyler and Martin completed the job in a timely and professional manner.
