U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

My pickup time was 9:30 but the truck wasn’t available until 10:15. I ordered the truck with a dolly and it did not come with one. I spoke to the person at Husky and they didn’t have one and it was basically like, oh there is nothing we can do. I called customer service because there is no point of a truck if there is no dolly to move what I needed. They said I could pick one up at a different location and that he wouldn’t charge me and would let the other location know but I would have to pick up at that location and drop it back off there and then come back to the Husky location. That wasted even more of my time, gas and extra kilometres that I HAD TO PAY FOR because I was not given what I ordered. When I went to that location to pick up the dolly, they hadn’t received a call or any notice about my situation. Every single thing that happened today was so disappointing.
