This was not my first tym with them..but lady that did my nails this tym is worst ever since I am doing nail job..Tran is her name , i asked her and show her the picture as exactly what I want , and she didnt bother and start blaming me..yell at me ..very disappointing experience..is there anyone in the store who can help me

Too expensive for such a bad job. Was horrible, it may not be visible in the photo but they are irregular, thick. It looks like a job done by someone who doesn't know how to do it or who is practicing and the price was 147 dollars. A total SCAM!

I am more than amazed by my Acrylic Nails, Kathy did an amazing job, she didn't rush, she took her time to make sure that my nails were as close as possible to my pinterest inspiration photo. She also was very kind hearted and said that she was Happy as long as i am happy with her work !" i will be going back for beautiful nails!"

I was in Brampton visiting my mother this past weekend. Stupid me thought getting my nails done in Brampton rather than Toronto might cost less money. I was wrong. The woman charged me $65 for short basic square nails with one solid colour. There are bubbles in the polish and a nail broke the following day.

I visited first time for removing my nails that i done from another place, but they said you can refill it we will charge you less means $15 for removing and $ 5 less if you refill. When i have done they charged me 67 dollars and after 2 days my nails starts to break and the gel is looking uneven. So bad experience ,please dont waste your money.

I got my nails done on June 17 and it didn’t even last for 2 weeks. First of all, the charged me more and then they didn’t do it properly. My nails was getting off within a week and went to complain about it today, instead of understanding that they didn’t do it properly she was just arguing and so rude. I moved near this location so it was my first time I went there. Never ever going there again, even though my previous nail lady is far I will still prefer to go there. Wastage of money and time. And on top of that poor customer service. I wish can give them 0 star.

Didn’t fix the nail shape after they messed it up. I was told $50 for UV nails and $65 for biogel. I did UV and they charged me $65 still. The explanation for extra charges was long length and design on nails. It wasn’t mentioned before.Wouldn’t go again.
