The doctors are wonderful, their receptionists are so rude and arrogant. Never had a good experience with any of their receptionists. I always feel less then and like I’m a problem.

Absolutely horrendous reception staff. The Dr's are great when you can get in to see them. Good luck making an appointment because you'll be on hold for 20 minutes only to be told by an automated message that there is no one to answer your call. If you can go else where I would recommend it to save yourself the headache. If I could give a zero rating I would.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Wade and Family First. The always get us in and there is never a wait. I find the staff very caring and Dr. Wade always takes the time to listen never rushing. I have also used the pap clinic and blood draws without a problem.

I've had the worst experiences with this place. Most of them are rude, snappy and just overall unpleasant to deal with. Made me feel like I was just a number and wasting their time. No empathy or compassion. Would NOT recommend!!

I’ve only had excellent experiences as a patient of this clinic. I called the morning looking to book an appointment as soon as possible after being unable to see a doctor at the Health Science last night. The person I spoke with went out of his way to ensure I could be seen as soon as possible. It’s clear to me that the office staff genuinely care about the well-being of their patients.

Trying to get through to the receptionists to make an appointment is near impossible. I've spent hours calling to get my 2 year old in. I've waited on hold only to be hung up on or told there is no one to answer my calls. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If finding a doctor was easy I'd be long gone from this clinic.
