This store never has any sizes. Staff is usually less than congenial. Tried to buy shoes but won't go there anymore.

5 stars for the cashier but the manager was the most rude person I've encountered in Canada. I would not wanna shop here again just because of her and how she treated her employee.

I rarely leave a review if not a good one. But twice I went into this store in one day on March 23rd 2023 and both times the two girls who worked there didn't say hello, boo, nothing. When I returned in the evening for my second visit with my daughter I was looking for bloodstones in her size of boot. They made me feel brushed off and said they didn't have the size I needed. Being a regular customer for years I reminded them they could order it in. To which they responded , well yah we could". Very disappointed in the service. This store is more costly than most and in today's economy I think making customers willing to foot these kind of bills should be valued..no pun intended. Great products

So unorganized. Don’t bother with same day pick up you won’t get it until 5 days later if you’re lucky. They send a confirmation text and email when the order is ready, but don’t bother going to pick it up (it won’t be ready). Save your time and get it shipped to your house or a different store.

Purchased these shoes on black Friday 2018. Apparently they have a very short expiration date that the manufacturer and softmoc won't back up. Clearly a defect based on the tear.I purchased from the manager and have been disappointed. Can't even get a receipt because I purchased it through her husband.The last time I deal with this place without question.

After shopping here for many years I have come to terms with the fact that the customer service is just plain terrible from the staff at this store. It’s a shame as it’s convenient because it’s in the mall, but not worth the agony of trying to get any sort of help, never mind friendly help.I will not shop here anymore.

Awful experience here today. Went to exchange a size of blundstones. The associates could not figure out how to do so ( the shoes were shipped to me and not boughten in store). They had to call multiple people for help, and ended up reaching out to customer service. I was told it would take 5 mins. I was left waiting for well over half an hour, completely ignored. I asked if they could help me find my appropriate size while I waited, again a long wait and they brought me back an incorrect size and a completely different shoe, no offer to help. After 45 mins, I reached my breaking point and left with my original shoes. Avoid at all costs!

Yesterday I brought back a pair of Birks that I had purchased online but were too small. My plan was to return the small size and reorder the larger size online (the website said closest location that had my size was 4000km away). Luckily this location had new stock come in and I was able to get my new ones right away. The two girls helping me were very knowledgeable and even had a look at my feet to suggest which pair would be better suited but also explained why. I didn't have the paper invoice (was never sent in online package) but the patiently waited while I found an email so they could look up the transaction. I would definitely go here again, they were great!

This is the second time I've gone in the soft moc in the Lynden Park Mall and not one person has approached me to help me with sizes. Im the only person in the store and both associates are at the computers looking on their phones. One even smiled at me! But not one hello or offering help. Im so disappointed I wont be back again
