First off, the high ceilings are awesome. Makes the space feel bigger. The apartments are quite spacious and well laid out. The management has been very supportive whenever repairs were needed such as outside screen doors, sliding closet doors. They have been also very supportive of events to helps tenants to connect and add to the sense of community. Locations is excellent for getting to shopping as the buses are frequent.- Mike from 315

Before I registered here, he kindly explained many messages and visits. Thanks to the roommate matching service, I was assigned a room with a good roommate. I think it is a good space thanks to the exercise facility, game room, and recently, a good study room. However, if you are an international student, you have to pay a deposit if you don't have a guarantor, so that's unfortunate, but I'm satisfied except for that because it's used later.

This place is fine but there are a few problems. First, the sound insulation between rooms is horrible. Even a normal conversation or sounds from electronic devices can easily pass through. It even get worse at night, I have phone calls with friend or family, I alway try to talk as quiet as possible but the room next door is still able to hear me and opposite.

This building is absolutely awful. The staff are very passive aggressive and don’t work well together as a team. The “management team” is run by the owners nephew (high school dropout) who even knew my code and proceeded to enter the apartment without everyone’s consent. I lived with an RA and I asked her about not being able to pick my roommates. Turns out that the portal where you choose your roommate, they don’t even look at it. The building is falling apart and is infested with ants. Also don’t live with an RA since they aren’t going to stay professional. My RA proceeded to break all the apartments rules when I told her to stop. And then she reported me for all the stuff she did. Worst experience ever!

Moved into my apartment in September! Staff has been very helpful. On site laundry, gym, print shop, games room and study rooms! The staff also hold events! Safe and clean space to live . Also a five minute walk to the college :)

The staff is amazing and very helpful! Since moving in, i haven’t had any problem with my flat. Definitely would recommend staying with 17hundred!

Ive lived here for almost 3 years now and it's the best place I've rented so far. The price is amazing for what you get and it's super close to school.

Nowhere is perfect. 1700 does many things well, such as nice amenities, wheelchair accessibility, and rooms with suitable space. My biggest pet peeve so far is the design of the part of the building that wraps around the parking lot. Because the building on three sides surrounds the parking lot, small and loud sounds get amplified from below to the top floors. It is so noticeable that I'm surprised they haven't done much to address it. Of course, I'm not expecting them to tear down the building, but maybe requiring people with louder cars to park underground rather than in the open lot could help. I especially feel bad for those on the 1st floor who have to deal with people revving their cars at 3 am on a Wednesday beside their window.

I absolutely love 17hundred. Its such a wonderful welcoming place to live. The study lounges are wonderful and actually really helped me to focus when it was exam time. The gym and games room are an excellent extra bonus to living there. I know I spend lots of time in the games room! Definitely look more into staying here. You wont regret it!

I absolutely love how accommodating the building is with living conditions, pets, maintenance requests, etc. the building staff are also very friendly and open to help with any kind of issue and to give advice when needed. The building amenities are also a huge plus, on site laundry and our own gym. I definitely enjoy living here. 5/5 stars.
