Lived in their building downtown for close to 5 years, it was the worst. Bedbug infestations. Drug deals everywhere. Gun threats and stabbings. The only person who got anything done was the regional manager Randy. Everyone else was terrible. No maintenance, the on site laundry was absolutely trash. Kept going up in price with the same broken machines that have been there for years. 0/10 do not reccomend.

TVM Group refuses to maintain its properties in any meaningful capacity. I moved into my apartment in 2014, and when I pointed out there was a hole in the wall of my hall closet left over from the previous tenant, TVM insisted that the hole wasn't a problem because its in a closet and can't be seen. The hole is still there to this day). I'm pretty sure TVM's superintendants are a rare form of cryptid, because you will find an actual Bigfoot before you can get in touch with a TVM superintendant. In the rare event one does find one's super and asks them to do a simple thing they're supposed to do anyways, THEY WILL FLEE FROM THEIR DUTIES IN TERROR. When tenants organize to make greenspace look pleasant, TVM cries incessantly and has their maintenance goon destroy people's garden-related property(claiming after breaking things that the things they broke were just garbage). TVM Group is an argument in favour of expropriation of corporate property without compensation, its an argument in favour of proletarian land reform, and its an absolute outhouse fire of a property management company. I am giving them one star because I can't rate them any lower. This company is so painfully useless and enthusiastically harmful to its tenants that the people running the company should all be in prison for the rest of their lives.

I loved where I lived. It was the perfect place. Until I met Tammy. She is a total monster and I am currently in therapy because of her. For your own mental sake, do not rent from tvm.
