Clinique Médicale Delta Santé

After having seen Dr Belfort during an ER visit, I was reluctantly forced to follow-up with him at this clinic. He has to be the absolute most condescending, dismissing and rude doctor I've ever come across. He always has some sort of sarcastic retort to any type of question or comment you have, he's reluctant to send you for testing because he considers you a burden on Quebec's healthcare system and he'll downplay any and all of your symptoms just so that you can get out of his office ASAP. Avoid at all costs if you're referred or assigned to him. The reception staff were friendly and courteous but the rest of the appointment was not worth the gas I used to get there.

They never pick up the phone and it takes week before i can see my doctor and when i do get an appointment, they make me wait like an hour in the waiting room. the receptionist always has an attitude and it is overall a very unpleasant experience.

Most horrible health service in the area. No one picks up the phone , line always busy , no on hold or nothing it just straight up ends the call. The staff are mostly rude it's like they don't even work there. They charge you fees if you dont cancel/late..but you cant even inform them because no one picks up. an absolute disgrace to even have such place open.

This clinic is horrible!!!! Really hard to get someone on the phone and when you do, they are very rude! Amazing they even got a job.... some doctors ask that you pay cash even if they take debit or visa. Super hard to get a appointement. Ive been on leave from work since march 14 and to this day (April 21) I still didn't get paid by my work insurance because the doctor didn't fill out my papers. This is outrageous and they should be put out of business. I would give -10 stars if I could! Someone needs to do something about this!!!! They can't do whatever they want only because they are doctors....we need to speak up!!!

Worst clinic ever! They gave me an appointment for July 7th with the date written on a card and the day before I got an email to confirm my appointment my appointment on July 6th. I bet if I get another appointment they will charge me 30$ for not going to that appointment...

I am currently 28 weeks pregnant with my first,i am not very pleased with this clinic nor my doctor. We have a great language barrier and he does not try to talk to me or listen when i speak. He brushes everything off that I say to him, basically talks to me like I am dumb or annoying. aswell as I have to frequently correct him on dates test results and such.I am trying to find a new doctor but I am far in my pregnancy. not to mention I have been trying to call the clinc every day for 3 weeks and the phone line has been busy and off the hook every single time !!!!!

Haven’t had any issues with my doctor since he moved to this clinic , the receptionist is always rude and they don’t seem to care about their jobs. My doctor was supposed to fax my prescription to my pharmacy but the computers were down (so this isn’t on him) I called to get them to send it , they tell me they don’t know how long it’ll take to get him to sign it. Bad clinic but my dr is great.

Patient beware! Just got a aggressive and insolent young person calling to collect a fee for an appointment I supposedly missed 6 weeks ago, which my former family doctor referred me for more than a year ago now. This girl didn't even identify the doctor or clinic she was calling on behalf of until I asked, and then just demanded money. She refused to transfer me to a manager or give her name. If this is the level of rude and money grubbing customer service they offer before you even go inside, what kind of care can one expect from doctors who have someone like that in the front office? It was like dealing with Bell or Rogers. I will be telling my new family doctor not to refer me or anyone else there if she can help it.

Phone line 4 a receptionist that goes by the name Grady was rude, cut me off, put me on hold while i was speaking. She would not let me speak or finish my sentence. I had to kindly ask her to let me finish. While i explained the situation to her she did not want to listen either she put the phone down or removed her headset.I tried to explain that the document i sent by email was to be signed by my doctor since i could not bring it in to be signed due to me being ill at the moment. My doctor had advised me to come in with the document to have it signed and that he would do it right away, even if he was with a patient, he would take a minute to sign. I explained this to the receptionist yesterday, i sent her the document by email like she advised yesterday, i called back four times and was dismissed by two different receptionist Grady and another. Today it was Grady like yesterday morning. I was told to wait and I did from 11ish to closing time; I repeated to them a number of times my doctor said he could do it right away. Mind you this is for my work. The staff that answers line 4 may require some training and guidance. This is not the first time this happened to me and it wont be the last.It is a clinic, people go there because they are either expecting good news, maybe ill or trying not to receive bad news. Its harder as it is, and to add someone lacking empathy and compassion at the front desk to the mix makes it difficult to call and communicate effectively. My doctor is amazing. However, hopefully the head of the administration will read these reviews and do what is necessary so the staff that represents this clinic is providing these services with care and a dose of empathy and compassion.Update:I finally lost my wits. Still have not received my document and of course same two receptionist giving me trouble and purposely not doing their jobs. They refuse to pass me to a manager. They are just good for escalating situations. I will bring this up with my doctor. How are these individuals not getting flagged by the administration?

Impossible to make appointment ! receptionist never pick up . I Pressed number 3 to speak to someone and the women was so rude !!!! SHE SCREAMED PRESS NUMBER 4 LOL . I Said it's always busy , no answer .. she said (oh well) ... unprofessional
